Awesome experience with this app - estimated times to delivery are extremely accurate, you can track the drivers GPS and contact them directly. The only concern I would address is that sometimes the restaurants do not follow instructions in the notes section. Otherwise I intend to make full use of this app for home and work! Thanks Kraven.

Bad delivery time estimations, no notifications, no driver tracking, driver didnt seem to have read address instructions at all - long phone call to direct, no means to rate or give feedback about experience with food/delivery etc afterwards (food was not up to standard and missing usual sauce). Besides that, easy to order and pay through app. Very primitive food ordering app as far as they go, hopefully can improve over time.

I waited hours for my food, that never even left the restaurant. They then sent a message saying my order was cancelled. By that time the restaurant was closed. :| . Update: I tried it again and it was much better. Some restaurant prices are increased on app. And a takes a bit to arrive. But it came through.

Customer Service Oriented and App is easy to use. I had a mix up with my order, sent a message, got a call the next day and was given a credit for the inconvenience. I didn't even expect it! I'm a stickler for customer service and they have impressed me. Sold!

Awesome customer service! Had an issue where my card was charged twice and order did not go through. Typed a message in the contact us section and within 5 mins I got a call. Within ten minutes my issue was rectified! The order was placed and steps to credit my card for the duplicate order was in motion!

Tried placing an order, for one there was an error popping up that wouldn't allow me to put in a card. Tried 2 different cards. Then later found out the funds are being held for the food I couldn't order. ON BOTH CARDS! uninstall right after.

The delivery drivers for Kraven are wonderful. Everyone has been extremely nice and they get my food to me fast. Something I'd like to see the developers consider is the ability to tip a driver afterwards, I like to tip cash as I want to tip after the service has been provided. Although, I often forget and feel bad when some people go above and beyond to give you a good experience. May it's possible to add this in the driver review section.
