I have been using the Dario app since 2017, I installed the latest update yesterday and am not happy with it. 1- the font on the home screen is so large that I cannot see what everything that is written here. 2- the food menu is still very slow to use & I still cannot see what 1 serving of the selected item is, ie 1 x biscuit or 2 or how many grams is 1 serving of noodles. 3- the graphs have been removed !!!! Why??? I use these graphs when reviewing my logbook with my doctor. It has been a very useful function. In the menu the option is listed as logbook & charts, so where are the charts??? Please bring them back. 4- It would be great if the fitness options could be updated for officeworkers and the level of activity could be included in the dosage calculation.

Having trouble getting the plug in device to open in the app. Have a Samsung S9 and it should be as easy as plugging it in. But I strugle to get it to open on the reader and have lost so many test strips due to this saying I have a used test strip when it is new straight out of the box.Other than that it is a handy little device and I like having the log book on my phone especially when I see my doctor!

I used to like this, however, they haven't replaced the strips as often as needed. There have been many times where the strips would fault out even with blood being properly placed. I tried, and am trying, to cancel my subscription. The website will not let you log in, the app doesn't show the subscription, and no one answers or returns calls. I only needed it for my GD.

They just brought back the graphs on the app and I couldn't be any happier! This app has EVERYTHING you need to learn about yourself and help you make choices to get healthier! I love the membership levels. I love how small and compact the device is! Very portable! I hope to purchase their scale this week to go along with everything!

I've used a Dario meter for several years now and the app has always been super easy to navigate, even with tender fiber tips. There's not a lot of unnecessary navigation and scrolling to do to enter a meal (once you've set up the food you like to eat) and a bolus. It would be nice UF some things were a little more intuitive, like adding a bolus and meal manually at a later time. And getting the pdf mailed is still hit or miss when I try to share with myself or my doctor. But overall, great!

Awesome product, very accurate, easy to use and well made. Had it for about a year now, just wish the premium programs weren't so pricey,or that there was a pay by month option. Still all in all a very useful monitor.

App has not been working for past 2 weeks. When I plug in the meter the app does not open like it used to. Even if I open the app then plug in the meter for a reading, it doesn't work. It is getting very frustrating and I'm about to cancel my subscription if it doesn't get fixed. I have contacted support and still nothing.

I love how everything is small, compact and convenient. I just wish the test strips were more affordable. Some people can't afford to pay that much money upfront for a year supply. A monthly plan would be helpful as long as it's not a lot of money per month. I currently get mine off Amazon when I can afford it.

I'm kind of bummed out. Because I have a new phone and no longer have headset entry that matches the Dario glucose meter item. I called Dario and they have no other alternative, so unable to use what I purchased. No thank you I rather you give me the discount and an additional discount to return the glucometer I bought and only used for a few months. That would be ideal.
