While not wonderful the app has been working OK until today when it decided it didn't like my login credentials. I went through the process of resetting my account and eventually choosing a new password. It still didn't recognise me and so I repeated the process using my new choice of password only to be logged out because I had reused an old password ('old' being less than 2 minutes). Sitting here peeved waiting to go through the process yet again.

The app is so slow, and it never has current data until it is refreshed while you sit there waiting. Remote start works only 1/5 times at best. The app is terrible, and what's even worse is the subscription price that I will never pay again!

People are complaining that the APP isn't working all the time, but it's actually the CAR firmware which is the issue. I used to have bad communication using the app, but then I had my Disco 5 main software updated by my LandRover Dealer (not just infotainment) because of an electrical issue and now the app communicates every attempt.

Just awful, where do I start, first of all the app is awful and doesn't even locate the car, once it eventually does, you cannot remotely control the temperature without a network delay or complete error. You have to either reset the app or worse restart your phone. The UI is really poor, very limited on what it shows/functions compared to its German rivals, doesnt even show your car service history! You can design fantastic cars but you can't get the basics app right! We are paying for this!

One would think a vehicle this expensive things would work flawlessly. App doesn't give an accurate update of the vehicle's location. The remote start has only worked for me two times, and I have had the vehicle for over a year now.

Very inconsistent for remote start. It gives you updates and has correct location, yet when you go to start it, most of the time it tells you it's unlocking or can't lock, even though it is locked.

Unimpressed with the app. I have a hard time logging in. It says my email is not correct. Then I try to recover my password which I know is correct, but then it says the email isn't even registered. I'm upset with how basic it is. I wish I could control the heat or even the heated seats. Finally, I'm majorly upset with the physical remote starter, you have no startup button. What if I'm in the bush with no reception? I can't start my vehicle without physically going outside? $130,000!!?! BS.

Been using for just over a week with 2019 Range Rover Sport and, contrary to other people's reviews, it works absolutely fine! It links with the car, and it DOES close the windows, locks or unlocks the doors, and sets the alarm. Only thing bad is the basic maths are often wrong - journey time, distance traveled and average speed aren't compatible!!!

Great App. I find I use this more than I thought I would, and find it very useful. For some reason, the Android version doesn't have the "Vehicle Health Report" section in the Assistance page, like IOS does. Not sure why?? Handy for checking Ad Blue levels for instance. I have to use my iPad app for this info.... Would like it more if the app could send you a notification if a window has been left open or car unlocked etc, after parking, rather than opening the app to check.

Horrible remote system for such expensive vehicles. Land Rover you better step it up. One month later the app is worse. I would not recommend relying on this feature in these vehicles. Ford and Hyundai have these guys beat. Here we are a year later and the entire system is still failing in my Velar. I am staying with my original comments, ratings and recommendations. Still the worst remote system on the market.
