Level 48 is impossible. Destroying 3 armed high-health towers surrounded by turrets while enemies spawn on top of you and every single rebel fires at you, while the torpedoes go haywire and the tracking shots target everything but the tower. Not possible. The developers really need to crop out these boring missions, or at least let us skip them. No one wants to fly in circles 50 times to destroy a stationary target with 50 million HP.

This game is basically "Star Wars TIE Fighter" but boiled down and improved graphics. This game is offline only and single player and has a variety of different Imperial crafts. Four difficulties and about 55 different ships (if I remember correctly). Surprised Disney hasn't brought out a lawsuit, but there is no Star Wars label, so I guess it's legal.

This game needs major updates add a multiplayer and make a story that goes to it let us build our own ties and merge this game with x wing flight I'm telling you if you follow through my suggestions this game will be a lot more fun

This game is bad dont install graphics are bad the cannon sucks it's not even good and when you shoot and you're fast enough you can hit yourself and the levels make no sense the upgrades barely do anything and to much ads like you watch more ads than how you actually play the game and it's not fun or entertaining

Both Dark side and x wing are absolutely amazing. Controls are fine, and on higher difficulties the AI is absolutely erratic when it tries to evade your shots. A bit too much actually. Maybe have it fly in larger circles? Anyway, I only have one question:are going to give Dark side some more love? Right now x-wing has more content that Dark side, which is really a shame, because to me they're two parts of the same game.

Terrific game! Complainers: go to Settings to adjust your flight controls, then expect to practice. Upgrade your ships or you won't be able to continue. Learn how to use all of your ship's weapons & get great at speed control. The game is hard, but it can be beat with every ship at every difficulty level. FYI, on the Mon Calamari cruiser, take out an engine and then shoot the *front* of the bridge, or it takes you down with it. That was the only place I got stuck, but I did eventually get it.

I've decided to upgrade to 3 stars since they fixed the controls, but, once you complete level 55, it's pointless to continue playing.

This is the best fan made Star Wars game I've seen, port these games over the other devices, you'd get a much larger player base, one that this game deserves. I've noticed some people complaining about copyright, but, I think if that was an issue, both X-Wing Flight and Dark Side would be off the play store by now. They're both moderately popular games, and can be found simply by searching Star Wars, so, clearly these company's either don't care, or are too lazy to look.

I like the game but the falcon mission ( level 9) is too hard. It would make more sense if you unlocked the tie bomber the level before because it would be more accurate to the movies. Also, in the tie model chooser section, it will say "unlock at level ten" for example and you can also watch an advert. I don't understand what it does. Oh, and, the controls are a bit clunky.
