It works well but ding's you for acceleration or firm sudden braking. However, other drivers are the cause of reactions when they suddenly cut in and slam their brake's etc. I'm sure it isn't possible for the app to know what took place, but we can careful and responsible driver's and someone else who isn't creates chaos, and we have to respond to avoid an accident. I drive to and from work daily on the interstate, and there's a lot of crazy driver's to deal with out there. Some texting!

The app was actually fun and seemed informative at first. Then as it got closer to the the end date it seemed like I couldn't do anything right on the road. Felt like it was trying to fail me. I was very conscious of how I was driving and i was dinged on really good trips and when I thought it should have been bad I was given good scores.It took a nice discount and whittled it away to a small one.

App has a lot to be desired. I wonder how many people have hit the maximum amount allowed. Should have an option to describe hard breaking. You get dinged for legitimate hard stops like avoiding someone who cut you off, avoiding a dog, or even a child who runs into the street. All of which you cannot predict or plan enough distance for. All in all it's ok.

Been using for about 2 weeks now, and I don't even know that it's running. The fact that it shows you each trip(somehow it can differentiate been your riding and drives trips. It's been right about 98 percent of the time, which blows my mind. Anyways I've got 70ish days remains until my final score. So far it's showing around a hundred dollars in savings , and as long as youdont drive, like a bat from Hades, it's super easy. I tried a bit of crazy driving, and somehow it knows.

It's been very easy to use and I enjoy seeing my positive progress. The only issue I've had was trying to send a comment about a hard breaking situation. Tried many times to submit it only to have a technical error every time. An individual walked off the sidewalk right into traffic in front of my vehicle. It was clear he was impaired, drunk, high, or both. Living in the city is interesting to say the least.

No Activity Being Tracked I've been using this app for about a week now and still don't have any unconfirmed trips loaded. I've uninstalled and installed the app several times. I've been told it takes 24-48 hours before they appear. Any of suggestions if not I will be looking for another insurance company when it's time to renew.

I spent an entire afternoon going back and forth trying to straighten out my Rite Track. Evidently I neglected to download an LM app so I never received an activation code. A very kind and helpful lady named Kim tried to help me. It seemed early enough. I needed to download the app. So I did. I was sent a code. I tried entering it. I heard back that it was incorrect. I went back and forth from one department to another and nobody could just give me a code number!! Everybody was polite and nice

Right track is a Waste of time. The biggest bunch of bull I have ever seen. Don't expect much savings. I'm switching companies when my current policy expires. I've also had billing problem with them changing my monthly payment. When I called about it was OOPS, we made a mistake. I don't believe this is an honest company.

I have used two apps which track your driving habits and I could be 20 feet (moving) or 10 feet (stopped at a light or sign) and every recorded trip will tell me I could improve on my breaking, though I am objectively certain I reduce speed and come to a stop appropiately. Other than that, great app! 4/5.

So far, useless. I downloaded it several days ago, gave it all the permissions it wanted. It hasn't tracked a single thing. The app says if that happens to unistall and reinstall. Okay, did that. I asked for a new code to be sent. Nope. Hasn't emailed me the new code. Called customer service and sat on hold for 10 minutes, seemed like someone was finally gonna pick up...nope again. Hung up on me. Kinda hard to use an app that isn't doing it's job. They make it sound simple and effortless. No.
