No way to select or input a color. Just contains a bunch of 6-color palettes from some online list someplace. No idea what the point of this app even is or who it's designed for…

The user interface is good, you can add to your favorites easily.I love a lot of the combos.I like you can add emphasis to any color.I'd give it closer to a 4.5 because it does everything I need it to as a fluid painter.

Works just fine to pick from a list and gives the hex codes etc, but how do you make your own pallettes? Not a clue, don't think you can.
