SEHA app has evolved well as well as their services. My family was traveling back to my country and many had discouraged me against testing at seha saying the results were not on time. I decided to take the risk because I always did my pcr tests at SEHA since the rates were always reasonable compared to private places. My family member's results came by email within 12 hours and not only that SEHA called me to check whether I got it. Thanks, I recommend SEHA.

Terrible app. Unable to register with a previously registered number. Booked a vaccine appointment through Seha call centre, but was turned away by authorities at the vaccination centre because there was no physical message to show. The Seha call center said that the system entry was enough and no separate proof was reqd. Wasted 3 hours in queue.

This is a useless app with poor features for example if you need to choose date you need to go by month, and if finally u able to fill requirements you will just get buffer or message saying booking not available

Senseless, just keep loading continuously and then shows error in loading...I thought it would be due to many users using at the same time but at 4:30am too same issue..!!

The app needs an update and it should be done ASAP. Need to get a booster shot within the timeline set by the AD government, but can't book an appoinent via the app.

Please fix an issue. It has been months now, everyone complaining about the login issue yet it is not fixed.. I have noticed the service of seha is not. Up to date..even on Fridays they are close but I got notification to come for my second dose and when I reach vaccine centre, I was said it is close come another day... When I went next day they asked me why I didn't come on Friday....

Useless. Can't book booster. Set search for the next 12 months and says no available slots. It's even impossible to log a complaint.

I was told to download the app to book an appointment for the covid vaccine but for the last week I wasn't able to find an available slot. I tried to search for available slot for the comming week, results were "UNAVAILABLE SLOT" then I looked for avaliable slots within the period of 2 months and the result was "UNAVAILABLE SLOT". Finally I searched from 27.06.2021 all the way to 30.12.2024, the result was "UNAVAILABLE SLOT". Customers care can't help. All they do is keep you in line for 25 mins
