It used to work amazing. But since our phones updated, pal keeps saying we're not connected & doesn't send messages. We have to reset the app every single time to send messages. Really love the app, it's a great way to stay connected with out family, but it needs to update to match Android versions and iOS versions

It's a great app and all, but I would love it if it has an option to not download all pictures that is sent through every conversation I enter. I have a small art group, so we send pictures of process of our works, so every single picture of that being automatically synced or downloaded in my mobike which fills up more storage on Samsung Galaxy mobile. Some other users have that complaint as well. If you're able to have that option then that would be great.

im not sure what happened, but cubie doesnt sign into the network anymore, at all. uninstalled/reinstalled, changed from wifi to mobile data and back, rebooted phone. it always tries to connect but then fails. its happening to two of my friends as well, and we all have different androids. mine is the lg g5. pleeease fix, cubie, you're my favorite messaging app. 😭

Is the app still working? It's been down for the past few days.. not only on my phone, even my friends can't connect too.. It says "Platform error, please try again later".. I've been using this app for a 5 years now. I loved it and I'm not planning to change to any other app just because of this.. Please do something..

I used to love this app, but now my messeges don't come through out and it always says that it is waiting for network or connection. This app loses connection constantly and won't reconnect. I can't send messages without exiting the applicatiin, disconnect the mobile data then reconnect. I appreciate if you can fix this.

Is there any way to make the chat function the first thing to appear when opening the app? I really hate the board function since it tends to spam me with stuff completely irrelevant to my interest (today it was furry porn. No idea why and really cannot unsee what I saw)

You REQUIRE access to my phone, location, calls and SMS in order to work? I know other apps that do, but at least I can deny the permissions and still use the app. This will NOT work without those permissions. I know how apps work, I am not stupid. You don't need these permissions. Shows how much you care about privacy.

Really put off by the permissions required to function. Why does this need to access my contacts, send & view sms messages, and make and manage phone calls? I can understand those being options, but absolutely not necessary to operate.
