OK experience with this device, until the transformer plug melted, and destroyed the camera. Just glad it didn't cause an electrucal fire in my house. I did live chat with the company, however could not find the confirmation mumber they requested, as it was purchased on my X wife's prime account, when we were still married. So, Uninstalled the app, threw the camera in the garbage, and will be purchasing something a bit more safe, from a reputable company. Too bad...

It took me over 10 minutes, several app restarts and a phone restart to get the feed of one camera to come through. The cameras and app are shocking and not worth your time. Buy the TP Link cameras instead; can't say I've had any issues with them and the cloud service is cheaper.

great little app and cameras so long as you don't mind changing your WiFi router settings ours like most are starting to do now works on 2.4ghz and 5ghz at the same time but to use these cameras you have to totally shut of your 5ghz router frequency otherwise the cameras do not work and no way around this

When I first got this, I thought it was awesome. It worked well, loved how I could move the camera remotely and it has two way audio on it. However, this thing does not consistently work. So many times it just freezes up and I have to unplug it, uninstall the app, re download it and open and hopefully it works after the first try.

Easy to set up and use with cameras and multiples. Bought 3 and love using them all together. Wish it would allow screen rotation (not just flip). Can't add in non Littlelf cameras, so just tried to buy some more Littlelfs, but listings are all taken down on Amazon and can't find anywhere else reliable to buy them. 🤦

Worked incredibly when I got it, but when my hacker found out I had it installed, they somehow got access and disabled everything including security cam where they controled the device's ability / the function where motion detection gets alerted to your device. I was able to see live feed only. Contacted the company, but hackers got control of my email too and said they were allegedly working on it, but never got back to me. Had such high hopes for security of my family w/this camera :(

Camera and updates have gotten worse and worse over the past year and half. Now, app is worthless at most wifi hotspots in stores and restaurants. Can only use Mobile Data, which would be fine if the data was free. Mine is not. My other cameras, by other manufacturers, work fine on all wifi. I would never buy another Littlelf camera. Garbage!

I bought this camera with high hopes, but the app makes it almost unusable. Every time I try to load the camera it doesn't work and I have to try again. It only takes a photo of "movement detected" not a video of the movement, which seems pointless to me! If you're buying a security camera you want to see the entirety of what is detected, not just a snapshot. The app is not very intuitive, and it's difficult to find the settings or motion detection alarms. Would not recommend at all.

A bit of a better picture than other cameras tried. Sound is horrible. Lag in video happens often. Does not run as a background app (if using for nursery, and you want to monitor the feed and use your phone - you can't!). Everytime it is unplugged, the camera needs to be re installed in the app. Night vision is excellent.

Camera is great, but the app does have some issues. For people who get no feed, and just spinning do the following : 1. Click "Me" 2. Click settings 3. Click clear cache This will fix the app and you do not need to restart your phone.
