Waste of time! I use Team Knowhow cloud for my laptop - works great. Download app to use for mobile back up and I can't even create a folder to start back up, it just says failed every time. As others have mentioned, no support/contact option on mobile app so have just uninstalled. Very frustrating!

This app used to actually do what it says it does. It's now stopped working and you can't see the most up to date version of files or download them. It's a dreadful app, don't waste your time installing it. It's a shame that anybody can create such a rubbish app...

Awful Changed my phone niow it tells me I am using wrong e mail to log in with. I can assure you I am not as system sent password reset to it!!!!!!!! Support little or no help at all

Total load of rubbish. Constantly crashes or stops during during back up and also very slow. Not worth the money at all however now I have several thousand photos backed up I'm kind of stuck using it otherwise will loose access to them.

Doesn't back up phone just says there is a connection issue. Even customer support gave up. Shame as great for laptop.

The team knowhow cloud backup is good if you lose a file or other things you have on your devices it will download your files and you know it is safe to do so
