And the worst part is after confirmed appointment also, need to call customer care multiple times to make sample collection from home.

Worst and unprofessional behaviour, don't waste your time ordering for home sample collection, 7:30,8:30,9:30 and 10 am, sample collection guy did t turnup, causing inconvenience to the patient and mess up your doctor appointments.

They are taking more than 3days to generate covid report by which if the patient is really suffering from covid they mighg become critical by the time report is generated . They charge more when compared to other diagnostic centres like apollo or matrix they are charging 509 rs for RT-PCR and Lucid is charging 850 rupees mentioning in very smlal letters that charges include fast track. What fast track 3 to 4days great. Worst service at this pandemic situation and no response on phone number.

I visited Lucid Kharkhana Hyderabad Branch service is very bad they dont have the co ordination with patients at all Also I see they are not maintaining proper hygiene which are required to maintain (customer seats are very tidy )

Patient name Pratibha given blood samples on 21st of August for CBC,LFT & Criitanine test.We have received only CBC report but it is regret to inform that other two reports in spite of laps of more than 24hours not received. Kindly inform the status immediately. Have a wonderful day.

What are the factors which effect you to generate a report in 72 hrs. Where other diagnostic centres can generate in about 10 hrs. ?
