After installing, reinstalling, deleting cache, deleting and reinstalling, rebooting and waiting a half hour, the app still won't allow me to log in (same password as the website!!). So, I checked in on the website, went to app and used my record locator to finally show my boarding passes. Check in was fine. In security, my id didn't match my boarding pass. Had an allegiant account since 2017 & the boarding pass put my husband's BD on both tickets! After much hassle, fixed. FIX APP!

Not liking the app. The app used to be very helpful and easy to use. Now it does not add you itinerary, you have to enter the confirmation number yourself to add. It also keeps saying unable to update your information. I've tried several times, had to go on my laptop to check and make sure my flights was there then add to app to have for later. Please fix or put back with out the rewards.

Too many bugs in this app. Cant check in, says not available at this time, one or more passengers are not available to use mobile app, etc, etc...it is not user friendly at all. Just to look at your trip you have to deceifer the info as the date and times are overlayed over other writing! Is this really the best you can do? Over 90 minute wait when you try to call. I tried emailing, and instantly received an automatic response saying they received my email, then all info leads you back to app.

App keeps saying "Unable to Update information at this time." So checking in is near impossible. My brother has and iPhone and uses their allegiant app too, with no issues. I've even uninstalled and reinstalled this app to see if it would correct the issue, nope. I hate to think someone is playing phone OS favorites.

This app is very difficult. I have been trying to download my boarding pass and it takes me through the same thing each time and still no boarding pass!!!!!! Please simplify this app if you want people to have a great experience using it. If I could rate 0 stars I would. I have been trying since yesterday !!!!

This app does not work for Android. The app cannot order flights or check in. You have to check in through email you receive. Then delete the app reinstall to get your boarding pass. Judging by the other comments this is an on going issue for quite sometime and needs to be addressed.

Can't get it to work at all. Have to go early to ticket counter to be able to check in for my flight and print boarding pass. Was scheduled yesterday on a flight that was delayed so long I could not fly. Have trip-flex but had to call an agent to reachedule me for 2 days away. Then it was like the system had never updated me out of the FIRST flight and I could do nothing online concerning my NEW flight the agent got me. 😞

Garbage... "Unable to update information" so can't get boarding pass. Then they want $5 to print it at the airport. I have no means to print from my location. So I'm getting charged $5 because this app is worthless! Hope that $5 is going towards a new IT department!

Keeps crashing and failing to load itinerary. **UPDATE. UNINSTALLING AND RESINSTALLING seems to fix the actual update issue, but there are still error prompts that annoyingly pop up making users think there's an issue when there's not. NEEDS to be fixed with a new update asap.

Not able to check in or view boarding pass on app. Keeps popping up with a note that says "Unable to Update Information". (Worked fine earlier this year in July with no issues)
