Repeatedly see "ghost" buses in the app where the bus simply never arrives, despite a gradual countdown and just ticks over to the next bus. Also seen on the 200 service at the airport. did the bus ever exist, its very Schroedinger-esque. stoid writing this with an extra unwanted 13 minutes to spare, waiting for a ghost 16. App has not been able to save my "home" in over a year. Started using my bud edinburgh app instead.

Total dross an awful app. Freezes, closes and constantly asks for ratings when you are trying to board the bus. Well here it is.........if the developers are that concerened about ratings, make it better.

Outstanding detail of the entire system and coverage area. Can download specific routes for offline use. Offers multiple route options with arrival and travel times. Indispensable for visitors.

It was working but now won't find any locations. Tried reinstalling. Bus times are close enough, traffic understandably varies must have an effect

This app has been broken for months. The journey planner opens a map that is only viewable on the top 2cm of the screen. This makes the journey planning feature useless. It's been a widespread issue for months and nothing has been done to address the issue. Just use Google maps.

Itinerary map not displaying properly. Bus times wrong. No notifications for service disruptions. And the list goes on... person who made this app obviously doesn't use the bus. App could use complete overhaul. These issues have been there for ages now, but not been improved. Useless

Still crashes when trying to display routes on a Samsung phone (18 months on from the last update). Long term bus diversions are not shown on the bus map so if you don't check the diversions regularly (and who does) you would never know about a long term diversion. It's okay but could be so much better.

When you plan a journey it doesn't show you the full map. It only shows a little strip at the top so you can't actually see the different stops and where you're supposed get off/ walk etc. I'm hoping this is a bug that'll be fixed soon because it's an important part of the app. I pretty much always have to rely on Google maps in the end.

Worst app ever, used route planner to plan how to get to my first shift for work, mistake. Don't use it all the times for busses are wrong. Bus is passing a stop in 5 mins and it takes 1 min to walk to it? Don't bother the bus has already gone.

A mediocre app for an overall mediocre service. Buses always late. Inaccurate timetables. 2 or 3 of the same bus arriving at the same time and having to wait 40 minutes for a bus that should have arrived 15 minutes ago. Lothian buses, as well as this app, are just mediocre in every way.
