Worst app... Once you go for payment no further processing is done even if processing period expires. They charge extra money even if we pay using debit cards too while as no other government apps like that of Mahavitran, charge extra money. It's a request that please make a user friendly website in which all the points are taken under consideration.

Dear Team, 1) I made a payment today using UPI (BHIM App). After successful payment, receipt is not getting generated. Again initial payment screen is shown and payment cancellation message is getting populated even through payment is successful. Please check. 2) The convenience fee as well as payment gateway charges are quite high. 3) Can you also share online website for payment because people may not be comfortable due to security issue, in doing payment transactions via mobile?

Convince fees gate way fees... So many fees u r adding ... It's waste of money... U r just taking money and not providing facility. U all are fraud. Ur app is not working proper. It shows blank screen while process. It's slow. Instead of saving time in queue it's headache. It's not updating status of payment.

Not able to login first time with my Consumer I'd and consumer I'd as password. Consumers I'd mentioned on bill has ALPHABETS and number, not able to type alphabets, not able to login with only digits too
