I don't know what is happening with magic pin, it was such a good app but now it is getting worse day by day. Some days back i was able to order from restaurants which are in 4 km of radius but now now it shows that i can order from a restaurant within 1 km of area., pathetic service Also it always shows that rider is unavailable. I think i have to switch to swiggy or zomato.

The app is turned worst after update. I'm not able to upload bills now. Whenever I try to click picture it stuck on "Capturing Bill" and doesn't proceed further. Please fix this asap. Edit - No, the issue is still not fixed. The app is already running on the latest version.

Pathetic.. simply waste of time. Every time I want to order anything, I am getting message that due to high demand in the area, rider availability is low and this happens all the time and i checked it for 3 days. Not worth using.

Does not have a good merchant list. I have booked veg food but received feather in food. I reported them and they just refunded some amount. I was not in need of money but some action or appology or call from magicpin was missing. They have just refunded and closed the issue. If you use this app then make sure know the vendor whether he provides good food or not.. Magicpin may give you discounts but at customer service level its worst..

BEWARE! This app befools their customers. I got cheated too. After reading the review they'll give you a call stating that the amount mistakenly deducted will be reflected in your wallet and then from no where, THEY'LL ASK YOU TO CHANGE THE RATING to 5 STARS! Evidently you can find the same response from them in the older section of reviews. This is why this app doesn't have COD Option so that they can't be held responsible & accountable for what they do to take your *MENTAL PIECE* Away!

Worst app... My order placed on 2 November and never deliver and when I complain that issue with contact the delivery boy . They try contact him but delivery boy didn't pick the call of the company and they are saying that we will refund your money within seven day but when I raised the complain that my money is not refunded they are saying that we had refunded the order but your has problem .we don't anything ... Don't use this app this is scam in the name of offer .

Worst app. My account is still showing pending item in cart, but my order has placed but how, and amount autodebt from account, and no contact no for customer care to cancel order or to talk someone for solution, I am trying to get refund, but there is no way to reaching them other than emailing them. Beware before linked your card to this app
