Worst of the worst services. Seriously if anybody read my review I just want to tell you that they don't even follow the covid protocol. People's are lying in the lobby of the bus. Also without mask. Too much cold inside. Don't even take care of travellers. Persons on ticket counters are rude. When I complaint about this thing that man told me you are wearing mask naa that's it. I am seriously man. Rathore travels you know what you should shut down your services.

Pathetic service for online customers .. Booked a ticket online from jalandhar to sriganganar .. Bt when reached to the pickup location even 5 minutes before the mentioned time .. The bus already departed and the staff did not even bothered to call the customer ..

U deducted rs 1220/- from my online SBI acct thru travel yaari portal. but ticket not generated. It's v bad now your rep at the counter is asking me to pay money in bus for the TKT which I booked from pathamkot to Bikaner for 3/2/21.

travelled three -four time . Worst Experience everytime. Bad Behaviour of Conductor and Specially the person who is on Jaipur counter..Buses are not comfortable . Jaipur mein ticket book wala bahut badtameez hai.. He should be fired and Replaced. I repeat he should be fired and replaced.
