Doesn't connect out of the box to the phone. One recommended fix in the comments is to update the amp's firmware (I have the d6.1200). If updating the firmware fixes it, I'll give 5 stars because that's honestly reasonable. I'll update later when I have a laptop tomhook it up to.

Update 9/14/31- August update didn't help. Switching phones didn't help. UninInstalling/ reinstalling latest firmware and app didn't help. Even upgrading from the DM608 to the DM810 didn't help. Nothing on support page addresses issue that apparently so many have. If it was something that support can help with, why isn't the solution posted on the support page given the number of people with the same issues?

Would be great if it actually worked. Unfortunately as you can see from all the reviews it doesn't. Sad because Audiocontrol is AMAZING

Seemed to work after app updated. Once firmware on the amp updated it seems like we are right back to square 1 with a very unreliable app that work 1 out of 20 or more attempts to connect via the BT24 adapter.

Could you guys enable otg usb access that would make it super reliable and awesome so I don't have to use my laptop to tune on the go.. thanks!

Got the Bluetooth tooth adapter. It sounds better than with the factory inputs. But can use the app to connect it to the app. New an latest software was installed on the devices. An still nothing. Only difference now the original light flashes now. But on the app its saumys 0 device's found. Kinda sucks we spend all this mo ey 4 these products an they don't work the way they should.

If i could give this app 0 stars i would. IT SUCKS!! I spent hours just trying to get it downloaded and when i did it pops up a million "trying to load" "can not load" pop ups and doesn't load anything I've already put so much money into this for it to not work 😣😡 You will be hearing more from me and the process of getting this to work. IT SHOULD NOT BE THIS HARD!!!!

Absolute garbage. Running a DM-810 it won't hold settings. It's a pos app to use and the software in the DM-810 is junk. I will be posting a YouTube video of all the problems with this setup so you can judge for yourself . If you are running high end audio components do not buy a DM-810 you will be risking sending the wrong signal to your speakers as it won't store custom settings. The DM-810 is not a sound processor its only a crossover at best .

Phone detects AC-BT24, once paired, app still doesn't detect. I do get a prompt to connect to a Bluetooth device, but the AC-BT24 isn't in the list, just my Bose speaker. I've tried this on a Tab S3, S10+, S20+, and a iPad Air WITH THE SAME EXACT RESULTS. I'm so disappointed right now. NOT what I expect from AudioControl, let alone a $1200 amp and a $150 bluetooth device. I don't have a laptop, now I need to find someone that does or buy one and return the AC-BT24. GAH!

Wanted this to work so bad, but just like the other reviews either the Bluetooth adapter is junk or the app is junk, either way i guess I'm pulling out a laptop and cable, ill update my review once they figure things out, as of now waste of money... Update as of feb 6th, contacted tech support via email and received no reply as of yet, going on a week so far since email was sent, ill try the phone number next week and update again.
