It is an urban smartphone application that allows you to pay for a Ljubljana city bus (LPP) ride, a funicular ride to Ljubljana Castle, a parking space in Ljubljana and bicycle rental in the Bicikelj system. You can charge Urban with Moneta, Urbanomats or other payment sites. During payment or When charging, your mobile phone must be unlocked. Parking services require Android 4.4 and higher and LPP runs Android 5.0 and higher.

Complete garbage app. It's inexcusable that in 2021 you cannot charge the card directly, you have to use a third party system. Not to mention, if you don't have a Slovenian number, you're out of luck. I paid for public transport with my phone NFC, directly, no issue in Ukraine in 2017, but in Ljubljana I have to buy a card and then fill it up manually to use the public transport. Come on. It's kinda sad

A lot of work need to be done. I dont want to use Valu or vulu or whatever its called to pay.. make payment through Credit cards then will change my rating. also you should make it easier to just transfer your Urbana to your phone.

Corruption at hand. The only way to recharge your account via app is using Valu. In order to charge Valu you need to charge your Valu account via credit card. Why the middle man? Well, obviously because Telekom Slovenija also produces Valu. Shame on you!

Absolutely horrible, the effort you have to go through to put money on your account is to go through valu or Telekom services. Which in this day and age should not be acceptable or tolerated. Any app that does not support payment via MasterCard/Visa atleast and PayPal should not exist. Please do yourself a favor and do not install this app to force the makers to make the required updates for this age. Absolute disgust.
