It's a very rough experience considering the price paid for an element series device. Does not work with plex or spotify. Tidal integration is very hit/miss. No way to control volume while using Tidal via network connection. Hardware is impressive, software has a long long long way to go.

Has a few nice features, but is a bug fest. Crashes frequently, puts the wrong album art on the songs, often loses connection to the dac. Considering the dac cost 3k, this app is a serious disappointment.

Quick experience (samsung s20 ultra) - using using element M - app is striaght forward and is rather intuitive only issue is continuously playing music. Click play all on an album no problem, click a track and then hit next doesn't work. This is addressed on their support page. Haven't tried with Apple iPad as of yet. App won't save favorites either. Brought over all tidal playlists and tracks but won't recognize mqa unless revisited in the ma app. Sound on the element is incredible!!!
