Smart VoLTE is a communication solution application for Smartfren subscriber that allow Smartfren subscriber able to enjoy Smartfren full services on Android 4G LTE Open Market Devices (OMH) that does not support VoLTE, services such as Voice Call, Video Call, Voice Call Conference (up to 6 participants) and Video Call Conference (up to 6 participants),SMS, USSI (USSD) and Voice Conference can be enjoy through this application. Prerequisite to use smartVoLTE application is that you are Smartfren user with Smartfren USIM Card and compatible with Smartfren Networks. Device with Native VoLTE dialer should not use Smart VoLTE application since Native dialer will have intermittent conflict issues with this app. For dual SIM devices, please put Smartfren USIM Card in slot 1 instead of slot 2 and make Smartfren Data Services as default Data Connection.

This app sucks.a lot. Don't even bother installing it if you're in Android 10. It's said that the SIM card wasn't installed properly even though I could browse the Internet on 4G without any problem.And this app failed me the most when I need it. I couldn't call using the Android caller so I used this app and it failed The replies isn't even that useful. I don't want to bother with your unprofessional replies that just redirects you to an unresponsive customer service. 0/10 if I could.

Unusable in Android 10. Always saying that you're not inserting the SIM properly, yet I can surf the internet on 4G without problem. Tried to live chat the issue, and just ignored for more than 3 hours. Hahaha. What a service. Edit for the comment below: 24 hour my ass. My chat is ignored for more than 3 hours and I've tried to live chat for more than 5 times.

it's working just fine until several days ago, now it's kinda useless, always ask "Please Register" even when my phone signal is on 4g lte connected, could playing game smoothly, could watching movie without buffering, but what happened with my phone call and messaging? and this app is the only way to make calling and messaging available on my phone without using any chatting app like WA or line. please fix this

Oh come on, this application was updated on May 2019. It's October 2020 already and you haven't done anything to update this app so it can work with Android 10 device? Cannot register with this app so we can only access internet but couldn't make a call nor sms. So lame..

Why would a phone app wants permission to see my location? This app is for calling, it doesn't need my location to do its job. Even when I don't give permission to my location, it should still works. Instead it refuses to work when I denied its location permission. People, check the permission apps are asking you to give before using it !!!

I just bought smartfren card and I've used it for 3 days. But suddenly in day foour I couldn't use it to open instagram, whatsapp, twitter, google chrome etc. I am pretty sure the quota is still a lot because I bought 10 Gb for 20 days, but it just doesn't working in the fourth days. Why? Tell me! It is so annoying

Edit: At last I'm succeed instaling newest version. Older version must be uninstalled before installing new version and DO NOT bother trying to access deeper settings, it will crash app and can't be restored except uninstall and reinstalling app again. π°π°π° Older version (0.5.8) working good enough with Android 9. Degrading from 4 stars into 1, fix this trouble and I will return the stars and even add more if SMS function is removed in newer version after this bad very buggy version.

Good app but use too much resources, i occasionally install it because my native volte(smartfren) on my phone just doesn't workπ€. For other that doesn't work check your prepaid registration status (nik and kk) ,reinstall app, and make sure data is on before make a call and receive . Thanks

very unstable (dual simcard phone) when the signal is very low and switch to other sim internet then back to SF sim it keeps provision connection very lousy and troublesome app. Highly unstable and need A LOT and serious improvement.
