The mobile app only connects when I change batteries in my camera then slowly becomes unable to connect over time, making it useless. It used to work perfect when I first got the reolink 1. The system doesn't work once you're out of warranty. So since the market for these kinds of cameras isn't that wide, I decided to purchase the reolink 2. The app worked great for about 3 months and then one day it just never connects again. No changes in wifi, routers, or locations, or connections.Just stops

I was able to create a custom notification sound but the loading time to view live feed still takes too long, which is crucial when you get a motion alert to see what is going on. Also, the camera won't pick up people walking towards the top of the screen but catches branches blowing in the wind. It only detects motion if you're within 10 ft, which doesn't help when you're watching a parking lot for car prowlers in the distance...

Full screen video does not work on Xperia 1 III. It just switches out to show all devices instead of switching to full screen. Suspect it has something to do with the unique aspect ratio of the display ion this phone. I wish this app would let you switch between cameras when viewing recordings without resetting the time. Would be great to go back to an event and easily see it from multiple camera angles.

App suddenly won't connect and even while on the same network with wifi. Can't even get a feed from my main router. Only the wired connection works. Not useful at all for remote viewing. According to the rest of the reviews, I'm going to go with a better brand. Seems that the wifi antenna died on the physical unit. Terrible.

Great security camera The picture quality and app are very good,The app has lots of settings options I like that you can disable the camera for different time periods each day of the week to avoid nuisance alarms. I have the app installed on my Android phone and tablet. Installed this camera by my detached garage as I have alot of tools and equipment. Solar panel keeps it 100% charged. Plus 2 y 6 mth warranty. Will add another to my property as theft in my area is on the rise

Paid over $600 for 5 cameras and NVR. Not happy! Many issues with the software. Cameras all have to be manually updated as the auto update feature hasn't worked in a 'long time's Constant motion alerts going off Motion detection alarm setting fails to load for every camera. Spot light on camera keeps going off almost every minute and cannot turn it off. Orbs in the night vision Appears most of the stunning Amazon reviews all got discounts to make positive reviews.

The app is pretty nice. The only issue I have is with displayed time - shown as GMT+0, but now in the UK it is +1. When I go to Advanced and Synchronize with phone it adjusts, but when I rerun the app, it returns to the GMT+0 time. I assume this option is just to temporarily adjust to a different time zone someone may be in. Not sure why the correct timezone is not taken from the network?

Awfully expensive for a disposable camera thats only guaranteed to work for 90 days or less. This camera app rarely works due to network connectivity issues. Both AT&T and T-mobile sims worked at first and then they stopped connecting to the network for no obvious reasons. When I called customer service they said I owned the camera for 90 days and I would have to pay a fee for their assistance. Good luck with that business model. (Cut and Paste typical reolink service tech response below.)

The app is OK to see live, but if I want to download is the worst app I ever used. I installed the app on Windows too and is the same. Actually, maybe is not the app, maybe is the camera itself, but even if let's say the camera is loosing connection, I think it should allow the continuation of a video download (as a torrent) and do not just say "Download failed" each time when I try. Response: Why you don't tell support and why I have to do one more thing?! Is obvious how much you care

Current mobile app looks terrible - old version was way more better. Where have you e.g. found those new icons? Use of ptz triggers a false alarm. Why? (E1 pro). Changes in light conditions (not configurable) and mode change (day/night) also triggers a false alarm so I receive false alarms all the time. Motion detection is not accurate and reliable (have also wired cameras with no difference). Have not found how to access recordings in my pc app. But good image quality and happy with that!
