The online cosultation aspect is very convenient itself. Since you get to ask a doctor without going out the house or even you are doing errands. I just don't like the delay it gives me everytime I use the app. Notifications while online are not realtime. Most of the time I have to refresh the app so new messages would come in from the doctor of an on-going consultation.

When my wife was sick, we were hesitant to go to a clinic for a face to face consultation so we used medifi and fair enough we had a good experience and will definitely use medifi again. We were surprised when a doctor accepted the consultation when we made a booking almost midnight and she handled my wife well. Good job for making consultation easier for us esp during this pandemic.
