This app has so many issues its crazy! Double wording on top of each other inside weekly ad listing makes it impossible to read sales items. Rewards program and how it works isn't clear, and even when trying to click on an item to add it to my cart, the app acts as if its loading, but nothing happens, page days same. Recent update no help. I've uninstalled, cleared cache and data. Im out of patience. Back to Joanns and Hobby Lobby. Deals are better there anyhow :( MICHAELS: LOOK AT REVIEWS!!!

The app used to be useful but tonight I had a lot of trouble.. The keyboard kept popping up when it didn't need to. I searched for DecoArt Americana Acrylic Paint. It gave me results. I clicked on one of the items and instead of taking me to the details it refreshed my search results and put me back where I was. I gave up. I use the app to help me decide if I want to make the 45 minute drive to Michaels. I will shop local until the app is fixed.

Sure this app is essentially easy to use and navigate through, however, it's extremely laggy and so slow. The keyboard glitches making it difficult to type and search. There are times when it's down/crashes randomly, which more than once or twice just makes me want to delete it all together. When I first used it,I was convinced I was using a knock off or fake Michaels app. It needs to be revamped in all honesty.

Seamless ordering and payment for items through PayPal. Text of order updates and I am happy with my experience. The only reason for 4 stars is that when ordering I was seeing a date to get my order and that didn't happen notification rec'd yesterday was that it had shipped tracking the ordering and it has not shipped only a label was created. Should have just gone to local store or Amazon same price and much better delivery times.

I did take the time to walk through out most of the store, more than I thought in store. Just wish the stock of some item's was kept up more. My Michael's Craft Store Jantzen Beach Portland Oregon is about one hour away from me.. But the store is just great, friendly and helpful employee's always. I Love My Michael's Craft Store.

It was great at first but for a good month or two now, I havent been able to get my rewards, I spent at least 50 dollars at a micheals store and I havent gotten any reward points for it even though I always put in my phone number, it's getting to the point where I dont want to bother buying anything.

I work for Michaels, and this app comes in handy there. It seems to take a minute to load at first, but I like that there is the search feature within it, along with rewards and coupons. My only wish is that we could use our employee discount on things online that are not available in our store, not that I'm ungrateful for it to begin with. Other than that, it has come in handy for personal use as well.

Love Michael's, but the app is pretty bad. You can't filter out things that are unavailable, search results start over on page 1 if you tap on an item, and in store inventory is often inaccurate. All it's really good for is pulling up coupons.

I love the store but I always have to review my receipt. Every time I go the cashier will mess up. Today she said the computer took my coupon off the wrong item. She said she has no control over what the computer takes your coupon off of. I asked her if I had to have it rang up separately next time.....she said if I wanted to that would be fine. Cashier is never helpful and last 2 times they did not help correct the issues.

I absolutely love Michaels!!!I am a private school teacher and purchase most of my art supplies for my preschoolers there.I am a little bummed that we as private teachers don't get that opportunity to receive the 15% off discounts.we don't have a actual badges but we do have name tags.i wish there was a way to have every teacher either in public,private, or a child care facility to have that opportunity to get the 15% off.
