I'm trying to ride in Miami and I'm on vacation from CT and it kept giving me error messages trying to create a profile. The customer service wasn't helpful asking me for screenshots but when I exit the chat to get that, the whole conversation is started over. I gave up and I'm uninstalling. This was a waste of an hour.

I was so excited to ride this scooter it went so fast!!! But it charged me over $40.00 to ride from 15 to 20 minutes yet my husband was charged $18.20 for his helbiz scooter and we were riding together! in fact he was riding longer because he was waiting on me to check out my rental. DO NOT RENT from them! I would have rathered had the scooter stop, my auto reload was off so I'm not sure how they just took the money, but they did. Horrible.

At this time I am in Kiev Ukraine. It's a huge city and I wanted to get one of these things BUT when I select Ukraine as a country and put in my Ukr phone number it says Invalid format. Like what??????? It is the stupid app that doesn't make sense, costumers service doesn't know anything so don't bother with it!!!

This used to be a good service I really enjoyed using it before however after recently running a few scooters inside the correct zone the scooters only operate at 9 miles an hour which is very sad because how do they expect us to ride in the bikes on on the streets when they only go 8 miles an hour I almost got hit by a car because of the speed of the scooter decrease. School district go back to normal speed 15 mph that's the correct speed to ride in the bike lane on the streets other than that

They looked like some good, fast scooters, but I couldn't even ride because it was stuck on age verification- I'm 42yrs, you happy? Trying to scan something outdoors on a digital screen is also a poor idea. I wasted my phone space and 10 minutes in the hot sun trying to get this app to work, to no avail.

The scooter itself is terrible in design. I felt unsteady and off balance the whole time, and I've ridden my share of scooters. Already, I decided I'd never use this scooter again. I was forced to preload funds onto the account to ride, and when I was unhappy with my very first ride and asked for a refund, they flat out refused to issue it to me. So I now have sunk money into an app that I will never ever ever use again.

Scooters are decent, other brands offer a better ride. But the real kicker with bolt is that they will automatically charged your card at random to add a balance onto their app that can not be refunded. So they just took 20 dollars from me without any notice or explanation and then refuse to refund it. Save your money and peace of mind and look elsewhere. Bird has a very good app and scooters. **Update** no 1 has replied to my initial request form for help nor the email that the reply gave me.
