The app is fine but the delivery person(s) and customer care team is pathetic, they have charged for the product but have never delivered them after several complaints they have not taken any action and now have disabled the help section on my app , also address is not there .They have intentionally blocked these features .I have droped an email to the team but no response .i would never ever recomend the app to anyone.

This is a hopeless app. If you add any items it will be delivered next day. They are least bothered if you have not confirmed out or check-out. And when you want return the product they won't take it back. It doesn't have a customer care number only chat support they will promise you a call back number. Where you never get a call. Product quality is also too low.

App crashes a lot. Screens freeze, search returns empty page most of the time - it's so slow to load that you could run to a grocery store than wait for the screens to load . Do you use your own app before pushing to play store ? Looking at it, not surprised that there hasn't been an update since Jan 2021 - that's light years in consumer products

You don't have an option to select in the app for not ringing the doorbell. You will have to request customer care over chat to enable the option not to ring doorbell, but the delivery person keeps ringing the bell everyday early in the morning. Multiple escalations won't solve the issue. Can't bear this issue anymore, uninstalling the same.

I have been using Milkbasket abt 2 yrs now favouring it over other apps for its service in my area. Its service, usability/simplicity of the app has been it's USP. But, recently post take over by reliance, it's app has become very slow, it's search function hardly works. It hangs N throws you out of the app. May be because of changes in the app to add more products etc. But, whatever may be the reason, user experience of the app has significantly deteriorated recently for which the above rating.

The team in the camp in my appartment informed me that I would get the benefits of 7 days free milk once I start my subscription. While th truth was the benefits started one I recharged, which they made sure I did on the spot. I decided to start my subscription a week later and got to know that I can no longer avail the free milk, as it was for 1 week from the recharge date. When I complained to customer care, they made me wait 3 days before saying we cannot do anything. Worst experience ever

Everytime I get milk packet is delivered, But i dont see anywherw near to my doorstep. When reported, gets a meassge as your issue will be resolved in 24hrs and they will refund for that order amount. Same thing is happening for 2 weeks now and there is no improvement in the delivery. Not sure how can you mark it is as delivered when you are not actually delivering. Pathetic service and very bad customer experience.

Pathetic customer service. I didn't get milk delivered but the status says delivered. When I tried to contact customer care, the app says we will resolve in 24 hours. It was very easy in big basket daily where the customer care will chat with us and will send the milk in 30 mins. Without delivering I am not sure how these guys marked it as delivered.

Service and delivery has been excellent. But i dont know what's wrong with this app. Worst app ever used for online deliveries. Milkbasket should realise whether the app is really customer friendly or not. Otherwise it will no longer will be in the business

Love the checkout less basket. Can add and remove till 12am. And they drop off without the bell or any disturbance. Works great! Except for the auto delivery- had to suddenly travel but they kept on delivering. Finally society complained to us about the 15 rotting coconuts outside the door. Don't expect intelligence from the delivery person to stop when previous days haven't been collected.
