When I first got this I loved it. It is small and easy to ignore on my wrist especially while I am sleeping. However, it will NOT connect to my WW app which said it was compatible. Not only that, but the misfit ray itself won't even connect to this misfit app! Not just mine either. My son is having the same issue with his Ray. It gave me a pop up for customer service which I filled out, but when I hit send it said ERROR try again later.

I love my Misfit! I live in it and when the Misfit was discontinued I bought several new ones just in case I couldn't purchase more. It is the perfect size, waterproof, batteries that last a month means I don't have to recharge every few days. I have been using my Misfits constantly for almost 7 years. I have tried several other name brand trackers and none are as accurate, light or waterproof as my Misfits!
Me Matters
You've bought it, then you're stuck. If you haven't, then beware of ongoing user unfriendliness. After i year of usage, i have almost lost it a few times. if i do, i will not buy it again. For lap counting, you need to have OCD.to make it work. It has failed so many times...and still. Other features, if you care much, full of inaccuracies. So the important question, how accurate is the lap counting? It matches only 3 rimes in past year with my mental counts. Now..no lap counting. Yay!!!

This is a decent fitness app that can recalibrate your watch, set custom settings, track sleep and fitness types, and has a social feed. I find that the app may be better than the devices as they are a larger point of failure for certain small items to go wrong versus in a smartphone. There are very small power user tools for button customization that are lacking, but otherwise a good app.

I luv that it is waterproof & doesn't req charging. Looks like jewelry & I can switch it from my wrist to my ankle & leave it on forever to wear in shower or pool. Only downfall is that it cannot detect pulse (but detects sleep or activity, etc).

The misfit tracks my steps just fine. Sadly, i can't change my daily workout from a run to a walking workout. Also, you can easily start a running workout (even though I'm really walking), but, there is NO way to stop the workout. The only way i have found to tell the misfit that I'm done working out is to sync it with my phone. Frustrating....

I like that the shine 2 & the Ray are small, water proof, inexpensive. i like the size of the Ray but it is hard to tell it you are doing an activity. even if you somehow get it to note an activity, there are only a few you can tag. for example you can't tag yoga, but you can tag tennis. these are easy ways to see if you want a tracker. overvtime i like them but they don't always work correctly.

Incredible time wasted. Overpriced unstable, unclear, junk. When it occasionally works the information is quite valuable, but the app will not reliably sync data on a thousand dollar phone or tablet. The oh so hip instructions are vague to the point of being useless. If you're going to do this do it right or get off the web. People's health is important and your unreliable app wastes more time trying to get a current reading than most people spend exercising.

Great over all. Not liking the fact that the app stopped working with my Amazon Fire 7 tablet. Because the app was no longer being updated and made compatible for it. Made due with putting the app on my Android phone.

Seems to work fine I don't know but counting all of my steps correctly or not but I don't have anything to go by, but it's not in my way and it does the recording to the app and it updates itself and it does all that it said it was going to do for a good price
