I actually like this app but I'm only giving a 3 for a number of reasons. The app will do as it says, it'll let you go into USB tether mode which is built in to Android, it's a shortcut. Pros: * A little quicker than having to go through menu system. * Has home screen widget that displays speed. * Works well with PdaNet+ because it uses Androids built in tether system. Cons: * Ad supported with no option to buy without ads, for that reason it's uninstalled (for now) * Can't actually activate USB Tether, I'm convinced that with an adb command (and engineering) USB Tether could do this i.e. permit write to system settings * Seems to drop off/exit. I'd like the app to stay resident in memory so that when I plug in a computing device again, poof ready to go.

This is a shortcut to the menu in your devices settings where hotspot and tethering are located. Only 2 menus have to be navigated instead of 4, making access to the on/off menu much speedier. Thank you very much.

Garbage if you have tethering capability on your phone and you're trying to avoid it you can't with this all it does is turn your phone tethering on it doesn't use its own doesn't have one so if you want another app to run yours for you on your phone perfect if not garbage

Does not actually support tethering; opens the system dialog for tethering which does not get around any restrictions or add any functionality.
