No connectivity to IFTTT or other smarhome AI. Kuna has stagnated. Purchased an Arlo and it has way way better integration. My truck was broken into and the Kuna cams did nothing yet they are programmed properly to alert. The moment my subscription is up, I'm done. Trash is more valuable than Kuna.

Device is unreachable, that's what comes up on the camera, it hasn't been a year yet and all the problems for nothing, whatever happened to companies standing behind their product, now they're only greedy for profit why? Today is 9/30 and the ad for you to buy merchandise from kuna has taken over the camera screen and it won't allow access to the camera I mean I really regret my daughter bought this for me cause it was truly a waste also when it works its supposed to hold images for 4 days lies

Nightmare. This app is pure and simple trash. NEVER loads anything when you need it to. Much better options are available.

Nice when it works. A lot of times when opening the app the camera will display "No Network Connection" even though the camera has a signal. You have to force close the app a few times to get it to load the feed when it does that. That's for both the camera listing thumbnail and when going into the camera to see the live feed. The camera also doesn't pick up everything. Several times I've had a delivery and the camera didn't pick it up even though they came within 5 feet of it...

Stops working unless you open it every day. The videos still get made, but I never get notifications unless I open the stupid app every single day. It seems to completely forget I exist unless reminded. I don't see any way to fix this in the permissions. Extremely annoying, since we just don't get a lot of traffic to our house.

This has been a constant battle to keep the video feed from locking up and delivery personel would place a package on the porch and it never recorded it. I adjusted settings and didn't make a diff. I eventually canceled subscription.

Nice when it works. However usually the live video locks up or fails to start. Too many failures to be useful! Update: software is better now but they have no lights in stock since last year. Wonder if they r going out of business.

Always asking for more money. Losing network constantly, can't get it online, floodlights will not go out and camera isn't working. A waist of money and time. Very expensive and I'm very disapointed. Looking for a better reliable unit.

All around a pretty good camera. Awesome features however I just wish the video was a tad but more clear and by now of owning it several years, I'm expecting them to atleast add more features by now. With that I'm still satisfied
