Everything was great, but after the update.. everything changed. In a match, my network suddenly turned red and the game crashed. Also, before the update everything is fine. But after the update, I encountered frame drop, crashes, etc. I really really hope you guys can fix these. I can't even have a good matches because of these problems. I like the game, I played it for 3 months now. I also like how hard it is to get skins, especially epic skins (cause the rarer it is, the better feeling you have once you get it.) My only problem is that there are lots of cheaters and toxic people in the game. And also, it didn't happen before. But lately, maybe 3 days from now? I just started playing for about a month. It was good until recently the network keeps lagging even though my wifi & data is good. Also the matchmaking is unfair too. I've been losing due to bad signal from the game itself. I give more stars of you can fix the networking system. Of not it will just be a matter of time before I uninstall and play other games.

This game is good tbh, but I need to address the elephant in the room, the connectivity problem. Whenever I start to play the ping suddenly drops to 200ms although my connection is fast and that really sucks as it will affect the overall team gameplay. The developer needs to fix this and overall the game is good for what it is.

Used to be a good app. But after several updates they will kick you out in the game, will keep u reconncting when the internet is fine and then penalize you! So lag as well. Kept in kicking me out of the game even if I'm on a 4g connection and then they automatically deduct your credit score w/o investigating why, d problem is your app, they asked u to appeal but will reject it! I wonder if they'll read your appeal. So, I uninstalled the app and stop playing & download another good gaming app.

I really like playing this game esp. in my spare time. But lately, i'm experiencing a problem that really bothers me. During in game, suddenly my connection got slow or lost. Then i'm fixing my connetion, I can't reconnect in the game even though my signal is back and stable. I'll open the application, *reconnecting* again and repeat. That's why 4 starts for now.

I don't know why but everytime my wifi disconnected for like a second and then reconnected, somehow the games crash not like my phone crashed it because i can like close the game without any problem. It's like everything freeze, i still can hear my friends voice and they can also hear my voice as well. Your game is so useless, when I disconnected due to signal problem, then I just troubleshooting it by turning on airplane mode and off then when I'm trying to reconnect, the game freezes. Then when I restarted the game it only says "reconnecting please try again". Owww wow, got reported and try to appeal, but it saids it's invalid. How useless is this game.
