Very poor app. Doesn't have realtime updates. Doesn't show billing information. When trying to pay through the app errors are occurring. Can't increase credit limit. Even after the payment line is still disconnected for 24hrs. Line was disconnected for 2 days and ebill comes on 3rd day. I was on the call with customer care for 30 minutes and they couldn't even identify these issues. Utterly disappointed. Total waste of a time.

This app is good to find out how much data is left and to activate additional features for your SIM. However, it cannot show the bill value properly, not can it activate certain data packages. Also when I hit the e-bill button the app crashes. For data package activation and management the data mart app is needed. So I cannot recommend this app at all.

Warnng✋ don't use this app for payments. They scam money. I used my debit card to pay postpaid internet bill. the amount was reduced from my bank account but wasn't added to my Bill. where did that money go ? when I called the customer care service. they just take time and not doing anything. do not use any of these packages. try to use other networks like dialog hutch airtel. customer care service is and disgusting. can I have other complaints not yet answered for 5 months now.

be careful when you are recharging your mobile via this app because sometimes they enable data packages to you recharged amount without even getting your consent. I recharged 399 to enable non-stop lokka but they had enable something else which I didnt even know it. I informed their cutomer service but they acted like I have intentionally done that. I am not sure whether I will receive a refund or not. however i wanted to share and prevent someone else also fall into the same situation.

this app only works for like a week. i can't check my data usage anymore. everytime i open the app an error pops up "oops! something went wrong" and when i try to check the data usage it says "no content to display" it's totally useless at this point

This is very bad application. Compair with other suppliers applications, can't doings anything from this. Two meny errors. Not user friendly. If you want to example for bad unuseful app, thus one good for it.

Why do we need 2 separate apps to monitor our mobile data? Selfcare and data mart? I activated the 9in1 nonstop lokka package but the extra data you get from that package is not shown in the selfcare package for some reason. So I have to send an sms to get the actual data balance or download a separate app to monitor my data.

I wanted to give 5 star few weeks back. But now I have to give just 1 star. The reason is that the app is not opening. I uninstalled it and installed it again and again. But no use. Useless. Improve it

Once installed, It will work properly only for 3 or 4 days I thought it is happening in my phone only. So, I installed my wife's S8+ & used but same thing happened Very poor application

This is a very primitive childish app with some funky appearance. Even the basic information such as, details if all activated packages, real time usage details are not available. Mobitel should be ashamed of calling this app a self care tool. Very disappointing!
