I have been a Magazine subscriber for years .Truly this on line version along with print version is best in the world. Aviation is my main interest in life and I learn all I require from Australian Aviation. The Magazine has gone through a few changes during its many decades. Each change is extremely positive. OK online, utterly useless offline! When trying to read a downloaded magazine when offline, app always opens and asks me to subscribe, not allowing me to read the magazine. AA support have been responsive but completely unable to rectify the problem, even after many emails/calls. So given that I read the magazine when taking a flight or in other offline environments, the magazine subscription is a complete waste of money. AA are destroying an awesome publication with this poorly developed app.

Nearly 2 weeks after my subscription started I still can't open the magazine. Firstly it said my email wasn't registered. Then finally ( over a week later ) it decided my email was registered but I couldn't find my password. I followed the forgotten password link and was assured that instructions had been sent to my email. No such instructions. I hope the magazine is better than thee subscription service.

Why is there no landscape option for the app? Quality of magazines has dropped off significantly. Too many changes to formats and number of magazines. We once had one magazine that did the job. Successive new owners have made changes that give me no advantage.

Useless for reading offline. Downloaded several mags for reading while traveling overseas, but can't do so without internet connection, kinda defeats the purpose of having the App at all. Can't understand the purpose of it.

Well thought out App only problem is that issue file size is too large, uses up a lot of disc space. Option to install on external SD would be really good.
