This app has never really worked well but now won't work at all. It just spins when I open it. It also has never had notifications to remind me that my filters need changing which is pretty ridiculous. When you spend this much money on an air purifier that's supposed to be smart, you expect it to actually be smart. It's recommend another air purifier.

Just adding to the list. App worked fine for me until last October. I figured an OS update bug just needed to be worked out. Reafing reviews, I see, no it's not just me. All the neg reviews for so long tells you one thing--the company doesn't care...so we have to question the purifier itself, right? Another reviewer highly recommends dyson...effective purifier, more info, working app, less money.

A few people have reported this, but I cannot connect my Molekule. The app said it cannot detect it, so I reentered the Wi-Fi information again. It says it's connected, but after a couple of seconds, it says it cannot detect the device... it was working fine before, but it's somehow broken now. I hope there will be an update soon... like yesterday.

I am a huge fan of Molekule as a product, however the app is a different story. Constant crashes, my devices never load, and the only way to reset filter status is to use the app. Because of this, if we want an accurate status of the new filter, we have to wait until the app works. Please fix the constant crashes and errors so I can use your products again.

The app consistently drops its connection to the purifier. Every time I open it, it makes me reconnect to our wifi network. After cycling through 2 times, it connects for 2 seconds & then says it can't find the device. The app is essentially useless as a result.

I really wanted to like this app. Unfortunately it's crashing during setup of WiFi, and please note it's not related to WPA3. I have plenty of devices and apps without issues. This app just crashes. Update; Once it connects, then it's good. Not very many statistics though. I was expecting more.

I always have to force close the app to be able to connect again with the Air Pro. For an expensive product the least they do is to create a bug free app. If I can only give this a 0 star I would.

Worst app I've ever dealt with. If I could give it negative stars I would. The app never stays connected to the hardware, and constantly asks you to reenter your wifi password - even though it tells you it has connected to wifi successfully.

The app worked great till they patched it last year. Whatever they did, I can't even connect to the purifier anymore. Shouldn't have paid the extra money for the capability that won't even work.

App cannot connect either of my 2 filters. I've tried too many times with different forms of troubleshooting both suggested and my own methods. The fact that this app doesn't do anything means the filters are not a smart IoT and so it ruins the whole experience of Molekule.
