There is an authorization paradox like the other users point out. You have to request two authorization codes because when you check the first one the application shuts down. I still have been unable to associate with my card so this app is basically useless for me.

Horrible horrible horrible!!!!!!!! Lies about direct deposit, probably won't receive my paycheck until the paper checks are given out, like what was the purpose of direct deposit if I still have to wait. That's crazy, I absolutely wish like hell I would've went through a REAL BANKING SYSTEM

The function of this app. is fine however the fluidity of access is impaired. The note section interrupting the pass code is the main thing I dislike. I use this app. many times per day and appreciate it! But comfort of use would be welcomed. Thank you

There is some type of new agreement with the app. Unfortunately no matter how many times you read the agreement you are unable to accept the terms. So I now have a useless app that I am unable to uninstall to try and reinstall to get the app to work. I have a useless app on my phone and the company didn't even have the courtesy to alert its consumers to an update or changing of the terms of how the app will function. If possible I'd give 0 stars very poor business practices on behalf of the company.

When I open the app it immediately closes after a second each time. I've tried deleting and reinstalling multiple times to no avail. This app is a waste of time. I'll be deleting it AGAIN...

When put number in required for confirming cell no. It sends no. to cell causing messg pop up. Your app closes each time codes sent forcing me to reopen app & reconfirming my cell & resend same code causing another pop up closing app again. I can't put code in due to keeps closing & resenting code. Finally said too many codes sent try tomorrow, but it will only repeat this process. I disabled preview popup but I bet it still won't help? Cuz ill have to close out just to see code & reopen app!!!

Same problem with pop ups and closes eadh time. Trief to write code but it does to fast. This was fine whn first dwnloaded. In the same day says i dnt have the app dwnloaded.

I'm not sure how secure this application is. I don't like the way it closes and I don't know that I've signed out. I have two transfers from one prepaid card to another that I did not initiate, taking just under $300 from my card and transfer into some other card. I'm not sure if it's because of this app or just something else with dealing with my account. But I suspect this app.
