How does this game still show a 4.2 rating Dev's read the reviews the game died after that last update. I finally uninstalled the game so I wouldn't make a fool of myself hoping you fixed all the things you broke. People don't waste your time installing this game because it's "BROKEN" thanks for the ride Dev's but I gotta get off.

This game is DEAD guys. DON'T even bother nor think of installing it. Devs dont give a damn about what your problem is, they don't even listen to the players. People quit and still devs wouldn't listen. Yet flash your money and they go head-over-heels.

This game started of being pretty good and interesting. After 2 terrible updates it is sliding into oblivion. Everything I painstakingly built and planned for were wiped out and we were left with an almost impossible mission of trying to regain about a tenth of our previous power. The game is at a standstill and many many have left. Hope they do something soon or it will die.

10 days in. Having fun. Moving along at a good rate, plenty to do. May not require a lot of spending so far $0. May invest a little over time. Make sure to look at all the tabs, a lot of items and short cut are available just by playing. after a few months, well, the latest upgrade, aug 10. 21, is a fiasco. Definitely switch to a pure pay to play game. Events, non existing, at this point. No reason to even try. Had fun but time to quit for me. They managed to make it unplayable.👎👎👎

The update is complete trash. Lost all of the heroes i had built up over the last year, to only be able to replace half of them and had to downgrade to much weaker quality heroes. Further the game interface has no info warning you that some of the heroes that you can obtain cannot be used in half the game play, they are only pvp so once again screwed. Overall it was a good game this update is nothing but an a push to forces players to drop thousands of dollars to get back to close to what they had earned while playing up till now. I did the math and to get back what i lost it would cost me almost $3500. Time to delete, dont bother downloading unless you are willing to drop $1500+ to even be okay at the game now.

Possibly the worst customer service response I have ever experienced. They refuse to even acknowledge the issue they have created. DO NOT BOTHER PLAYING THIS GAME! Thousands of people have quit over this debacle. Dont know what they were thinking! New update took half my heros away and when I try to get them back it says there is no way to do so. Cant see wasting months just trying to get back to where I was yesterday.

at this point if i could give this game a negative star level i would. recently added a new hero upgrade system. as part of that they took all our skill upgrade orbs away some of which are bought via things like the "glory of the hero" pack. after taking these they noew are trying to SELL them back to us at a rate of $9 for 10. i can see a lot of work has gone into this update to the game. just a shame it is for the pure purpose of ripping off your playerbase. pretty sure this is Fraud

DO NOT spend a single $$ on this game. Recent update proves they will take ALL your hard earned/bought in-game items and try to sell them back to you. I'm supposed to start over with garbage heroes I never asked for after I spent 6 months building my battallions. This game is literally dying and losing tons of players due to this and the devs won't admit it was a MASSIVE failure and need to revert to the previous version.

I increased my rating of the game to 5 several months ago ONLY to take it away. As far as I am concerned you can take your upgrade and scrap it. I am hanging in for awhile longer to see if you fix the mess you have created. You have made it a pay to play game. Shame on you. Greed will cost you in the long run.
