Frustrating and a waste of my time. First it tells me my address doesn't exist so can't book a delivery then by going via delivery pass it finds my address but can't see my basket grrr!!!!!! Added to the frustration search bread brings up just sliced bread. To get uncut I have to type in market Street. Just one of the many useless features. Whoever designed and tested this app needs to be hung by the ankles and whipped on their bottom.!!!!

Awful. You now have to activate your own rewards, rather than them just being applied automatically at the point of purchase. If you try to do it using the in-store WiFi it just doesn't work. So you have to activate your offers before you go in the shop even if you don't know whether the items you want are available. Utterly useless.

This sucks. If I could give it zero stars then I would. I have just spent another 35 minutes trying to get this damned app to work. Still no joy. How many different bits do I have to register for just to see that damned digital card I scan at the tills??? Even the customer services staff in-store couldn't get this to work. What does that tell you? It's overly-complicated, cluttered and just downright obstructive. If you wanted an object lesson in how to put off customers from your brand, then this is a prime candidate. Here's the heads up Morrisons. You're a commodity store. I don't need to-/want to-/have to- work this hard to furnish YOU with my customer shopping information. That's all loyalty card schemes are - Data gathering for data mining. That's it. Any product offers and promotions come from the suppliers cutting their prices to you. The same deals are available in other stores. Think on, Morrisons. You're not unique. Other supermarkets "Keep It Simple Stupid" (KISS). That's a lesson you should learn. Whoever you paid to make this app, get a refund, because this one has definitely passed its sell-by date and it stinks rotten.

Sorry Morrisons, app is sh** and the new card format is sh**. More card was far more useful and straight forward as it was, even a few points on petrol like Nectar. Why try to fix something that wasn't broken, poor show! Should be one star but I do like Morrisons but I will be ignoring the app as well as my Morrisons, new loyalty scheme of no value what so ever. Devastated!

What a load of rubbish. They had probably the simplest and best rewards scheme going and scrapped it for this!?..I don't even bother to collect points anymore. Maybe the new American owners can improve it. Morrissons look at your reviews, surprised you haven't worked it out for yourself, Tesco new scheme is better. You should apologise to once loyal shoppers credit us a five...and go back to the drawing board, its a failure...my latest personal offer was £5 off a £50 shop. I have NEVER spend £50

You have to click "activate" on every discount offer you receive.... but why? It doesn't effect the dates for which the offers are valid. There's no benefit to the user to not activate offers. It's an artificial hoop to have to jump through to actually receive the discounts.

Absolute garbage app, I also am trying to register to get my NHS dismount which I've been deprived of this evening after being told I can no longer just present my NHS card and am now cynically forced use this god-awful non-functional app. Nice way to avoid giving the discount, Morrisons. Tesco's it is next week, then...

Apparently the Morrisons More Card ended months ago...Did not see any clear warnings/notices on the website and local store. Self checkout still prompts you to scan you Morrisons more card. Instead of getting money off I now get a pathetic option of 5 offers to use, which I need to activate! The offers wouldn't even apply to most of my shop anyway. I don't why or how this was put down as a great idea because it sucks. The new App doesn't work either. Sainsburys and Asda all the way :)

Liked old card, haven't used app yet so can't really comment, but I know I nearly had 5000 points on card, and I got voucher for spend 50 pounds within only 7 days, and we will give you 5 pound off, not a voucher valid for a year how it used to be, 3 reasons for this IMO 1. Can't save them up, 2. Make you buy items you don't buy often 3. Check out amazon go shops on web. Bye bye staff and tills, tesco and morrisons and prob others already have pilot stores running. All need app to enter

Been using the app for a few months bit recently it has stopped working. For the last 2 weeks every time I have gone on it has said Network Error despite having full Internet connection and no issues with any other apps. Tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling it but now can't even log in. Looking at the reviews it looks likes this seems to be a common problem at the moment and needs looking into ASAP.
