Just another scam from dialog. Advertised as train bookings are possible, but not available at all. Could do by a call which will be charged Rs.8/minute; after wasting 27 minutes receive a response as "sorry Sir, no tickets available". However i was able to book by visiting the nearest train station. Not providing what u promise is a shame. Deleting this feedback is also a shame; look yourself in a mirror before u do

DONT USE THIS. Wasting time and money. I tried to book ticket my balance was deducted. But seat did not book. Now i have to wait 24 hours to get a feedback. Poor service. It's 3 days for now. 444 did not refund me yet. When i try to call 444 customers service a recorded voice saying that they have limited calls. If you want to book a bus ticket you can search bus service on facebook. Then get the bus service phone number from the fb page and call them. Dont give this bugger rs 100 for nothing

I did a doctor reservation through this app (I got the confirmation as well as the amount got deducted out of my bill) and when I came to hospital, reservations counter said the booking hasn't been confirmed. When I called back to 990 , they did not have a clue. Since the doctor was about to go back, I had to re book and still I did not get the refund from Dialog. DO NOT EVER USE 444 APP!!

Horrible experience... No support at all. Used app due to credibility of provider. Application terminated after payment. Received confirmation of payment. However no ticket information provided. Customer dialog cust care, asked that I call 444. After spending time on a premium number and being charged informed me to email. After emailing there was no response. Unable to contact or get support had to repurchase tickets via another 3rd party app. Poorly built app, urging everyone to keep away.

There's a bug in this app. I received a phone call in the last step (entering my card details). After the phone call I opened the 444 app to continue it and app started from the very beginning and the seat what I've marked reserved and I couldn't reserve it. I'm pretty sure that no one has reserved that same seat because I've faced this situation 2 other times previously.

It's better if you could add a feature to select movies by the theater names. For an example if we want to watch a movie in Liberty only then we can easily select by the theater name. Otherwise it's hard to go by all the movies, if we only want to watch a movie in one specific theater.

Very unreliable app. Not able to book trains although they mention it's possible when 444 is dialed.

Train tickets cannot be booked through this app, so there is no point in having this app on your phone. To developer- I'd really appreciate and re Install this app if im able book train tickets through this. Idk if mobitel has a exclusivity for the product but that one option would get ton of people here.

Payment pages are a really bad design. If you switch the app to another one during the payment page, the payment UI get closed. Effectively wasting about 10-20 more minutes till your movie seat selection gets expired
