The interface is good. But the calculations are all wrong. For example I bought Adani Green last 2 weeks back . Today it shows a change of 1264 rupees but it's just 3 rupees change. It's highly misleading. Can you please add a screen where a stock was bought on that day and price , with quantity and current price. And if the stock is in green or red. Thanks

Do not update guys! They further increased lag time and clicks needed to make your orders. Don't lose money. And they keep asking us to email complaints when they've no idea what to do afterwards. It's been so many trading hours and not a single communication. But they've no problem calling us everyday for selling credit cards

I've my active account in Kotak securities . Just imagine how hard and difficult it is for me to trade in this technical problem happening from your end since from past one I am facing technical problem , saying server down cannot login to your account . Though I've find a way every time I've to uninstall and install then its working but I guess I am not supposed to do this

Please make login easier, opted for Fit plan but not able to receive notification. Chart type are very few even super trend is missing. Guys learn something from discount broker application, How good, easy and fast accessible to to any trade?

I have so bad experience. I complaint by mail or by call to customer care., but they don't take serious and not solve the matter. Your service is so poor. After one month your did not solve my problem. Every day I received forgot password and every day I make to change my password because of your worst service. Best of the part, your any Executive did not call me to listen my problem. You dont think its so funny. Its so bad for me to join your D mat.

When you have a technical glitch, a message is floated saying technical glitch... Will update. Addition to the message should be you can place your order manually though traders, which will be free for the day(No charges). Who bears the loss due to transactions not getting squared off. Also the interest on the margin shortfall, will that be exempted for the day? Pls reply.

If we switch app, KS asks for Login again. Really need improvement on that as we cannot waste our time just to login into the app again and again. Facing some technical glitches from the server of KS, because of which I'm not able to purchase any shares.

Trading options is OK but fund transfer and available balance options are mess.. This app don't even show the current availability balance and equity/derivative funds correctly... It's a mess.. The earlier app was so friendly.. Now its impossible.

When I click the buy button, the application hangs or freezes, works after 15 seconds to 25 seconds. I have installed and uninstalled the application many times. Option trading in Kotak Securities is very dangerous for money.

One of the worst app.. it always says "error while fetching config details" sometime it happens even after market opens. Thus unable to square off positions or place new orders . Kindly solve this
