Unable to login into the app. Suddenly my app stopped working. Car data was not showing up at first so I tried to logoff. The app was hanging so I uninstalled the app. Since then, I have not been able to login only. Such a useless app! Not able to complain anywhere as well.

Didnt expect this kind of useless device from such a famous car manufacturer. Suzuki should learn from other aftermarket products that are available in the market. Those devices shows accurate location and your connect shows the car location didnt move and location not updated after when my car leaves home and it come back after 15 minutes. Live location is just a comedy in this device.I see the advertisement in chanels pls dont buy this device after seeing those false information.

Device didn't contact last 7days ofter installation while it's connect a new problem faced now with this device it's didn't update last 1 day 14 hours & didn't show live location of Car, while Car is in start position it's show ignition off very bad experience worst of Money 11,900.00 I didn't suggest to buy this device. Very Bad behaviour of suzuki connect tool free customer care services. Needs to be fix these problems.

App is getting crash every time and not able to collect the trip summary When the trip is completed then alao it's show trip is on. App is not giving geofence alert when the car is out of fence. Total waste of app. From last 10 days not able to login in the app giving error message.

Hi, I am not able to log in to my suzuki connect app after upgrading from android 11 to android version 12. Whenever I am trying to log in, I am getting a pop up saying "something went wrong, try again". Please have a look into this matter. Thanks.

Worst software. Not recommended at all. My car is parked at civil line and it shows it at usmanpur road- some 9 km away. I had to go out to check it during night but the usmanpur location turned out to be false. What is the point of having such third class so called advance telematic product from company like maruti. My 12000 has gone down the drain.

Not quite user friendly, but still useful enough to track the vehicle whereabouts. But now, am no longer able to sign in to the app, as it keeps throwing up error message "something went wrong. Kindly try again".

Update app with following features:- (1) Easy, attrective and User friendly design (2) Adding feature of online renewal of Subscription (3) Towing alert feature should be added as in earlier first version (4) Maintenance alert

Useless.. in sign up first it asks, mobile number, then it asks vehicle registration no. If given, says no spl character is not required, and you can't sign up.. Waste

I can't register with the app. When we enter the registered mobile number and registration number it shows not registered and tells us to contact the customer service.
