If only you could add a daily, weekly, monthly DSTV data offers in the app, would have given you a 5 star. The app doesn't seem totally data free to me because I have to have data to use the app, (with no data, it just keeps loading). Hope to see the improvements and the offer as well.

Unfortunately this is an extremely frustrating app - it's difficult to navigate, lacks simplicity to perform basic tasks or submit requests/purchases & most disturbingly misleading with what certain bundle offers entail resulting in airtime/data purchases being made that cannot be utilised as a result of restrictions in time or across apps the user might not be able to access. These aforementioned restrictions only revealed after purchase/s has/have been made.

I keep getting a message on the app asking me to update the app to new version then when I do, it takes me to playstore where no update is available its just, installed, why is the update message keeps appearing if there's no update available on the store, plus when I add a beneficiary for data share it gives me errors.

The App works, it's just the data usage section is very buggy. I can view last day and sometimes last 7 days usage. 14 days or more comes up with an error every time stating that the app could not reach the target device. Which is incorrect because why does 7 days work sometimes. When you tap retry, the app closes

On MyMTN screen using Play option, the result shown is obscured by a large grey triangle. So one cannot see what you get offered for the 2 plays per day. Annoying as it has been that way over a year and not noticed by dev team. It could be specific to Android version on Samsung J7 Prime. Please resolve.

There is something wrong between this your latest app, and the older app. I buy 200mb data, and an immediate check on the latest app shows 184.03mb, while the older app show 196mb. Why these differences? Also, if I want to buy data for a week with the app, it only offers me to buy 1gig for 30 days, there is no other smaller options. Only way I can buy smaller data for short periods is through my banking app. Your app is only good enough (although not accurate) to check my balance.

While on vacation, it is a fearful moment when running out of data or not knowing how much mtn fuel you have left. Stranded far from stores, no data to buy data ... I downloaded the app. Easy, informative, and "Thank you, for my welcome gift"! I appreciate my "Mtn family". Oakfields Benoni store, is also always assisting me with my upgrades, for years and years already. Great App & service. Now I can do it myself. Thank you

Don't use this app to buy data. You can't buy data on this app and your money will be taken. I loaded airtime to buy data and it fails and keeps saying retry. I pay with a bank card and data does not reflect. That's R500 spent in 2 days and still I have no data. I am supposed to work from home and now what do I do? Both your call center and your Facebook people can't assist despite the fact that I got a payment confirmation from MTN on email. Pathetic service really.

A very useless app, it doesn't show the details of anything except the airtime, if you have different datas or minutes it only shows the total of everything, dialing the USSD codes is far better than using this app. Very useless!

Trying to switch accounts, but the OTP never arrives, after multiple attempts. Edit: Thanks. Somebody must have been watching these reviews, because this issue has been fixed quickly. I've now received a whole lot of OTPs, interestingly also from non-MTN folks.
