Good app, but have a couple recommendations after using it for a while. 1. It would be nice to have each session open separately, rather than an entire week at once. Or click on week and then on session. 2. If #1 is not something you're interested in, it would be nice to have a "back" button at the bottom of each week (or floating on the screen). There are times when I'm in a session where I need to go back to read something or watch the video for the move. But I have to scroll back to the top to find the back button.

Looks pretty good in terms of being quick reference. One of the things I was looking forward to was being able to use the running and rowing calculators quickly and easily. But, none of them are functional in the Android app right now, nor can they be bookmarked. Also, having some way to sync the MTI plan I'm using with the apps that many athletes use to track workouts (sugarwod, Wodify, Triib, Strava, GoogleFit, etc) would help close the loop from plan to execution to recording performance.

The app works for the MVP which is showing workouts (I paid for a subscription). But 1) the search feature doesn't work 2) the notes button doesn't work and 3) it's weird/not super usable that you can't bookmark a training plan and flow through it, you have to bookmark the overview or each individual week... Would be 3-4 stars if the functionality that the app seems to have (search and notes) worked and 5 if it was fun and easy to use.

I noticed there are more features in the app when you have the athlete subscription vs buying a plan. Need to incorporate the phone's back button! Drives me crazy having to scroll up to the apps own back botton. If I use the phone's, I exit the app?!

Was going to start using it but you first have to log into the website and choose a subscription plan. Which a one time fee would be okay to get that many plans. But the amount of money that they want for individual plans is ridiculous when there's so many free apps, plans and places to get workouts now on the internet at no cost. So to future users if you want to pay anywhere from $29 to $300 for plans thats up to you.

I like the pt plans, but as of right now the app keeps popping up with a "internal server error." Which doesn't allow for any access to my workout plans.

Great workouts, but it needs internet to open and operate if. Currently deployed so I dont always have internet access if you could download workouts to the app that would be great and also the excersise list and demonstration

Killer workout programs. Ie cops, easy, military/special forces, security, forestry, outdoor athletes etc. The best in my opinion. Very tough workouts
