Worst app.. cannot create account. App just doesn't show any error but hangs on clicking submit after entering details. It crashes few minutes later. On trying to download , lab report, unable to enter patient id. Input field is not displayed. Then tried to enter bill number without patients id. Page again hanged after proving bill number..

App hangs, lab report is downloaded as aspx page instead of pdf which is not supported by mobile. Not at all user friendly. In lab report search by Patient Id doesn't have textbox for entering patient id

App is crashing everytime. No validation provided. You can display a toast message if the report is not ready instead of app is crashing everytime. No proper testing done before released this app to playstore

The app is not helpful for common people. You have to give brief to them how it can be used. For me I was trying to download a lab report, but could not do it. There should be an easy way to download it. Don't expect all users to be aIT experts.

Not at all helpful. Very bad experience. Dont install this app. Muthoot online services to get lab results as well as this health connect app .. Both are big failure...
