I am having more and more difficulty getting to the profiles. The big mutual logo comes up and the word mutual is in the upper left corner. That's it. No way to go forward or back. It's been doing this for days. Occasionally I get through, but that's the rare exception.

Couldn't even get passed the setup phase. When asked to verify photo it just freezes after taking the pic. It's been like this for days now.

The update is absolute TRASH! When you upload pictures, they crop off center, and when you go to delete them they are nowhere to be seen, and after you restart the app all the pictures you deleted are back. Also, I've been swiping, and it cycles through the same four profiles three times in a row before the app crashes. The update may look nice, but the app is about as useless as an empty tube of toothpaste. Boo!

For what the app is for, the function is alright. However, the latest update introduced a new UI structure that is - to put it bluntly - ugly. The screen now feels extremely compressed(I can't see half as much), optimization has fallen to a very low standard, and the app consistently stutters when doing the most basic of tasks. I'm not sure whose idea it was to change the interface, but there's a very good lesson to be learned in the phrase: "If it's not broke, don't fix it."

Dating app still needs work, but I guess its ok. eHarmony is much more evolved as a program goes. That said, don't think for one instant this is an LDS dating tool. It is really lax on LDS dress codes and then proceeds to dance around the fact by claiming "as long as the clothes are in a proper context" its OK. I started reporting what I saw and got suspended for upholding LDS dress codes. They claim they have a "AI algorithm" to catch naughty photos. I know from experience just how stupid those AI bots really are. Not only that, there was no "warning" they just flat up suspended me. This isn't run like "what would Jesus do if he was running a dating app".

Genuinely terrible app. UI is glitchy, loading times are horrible, very light on features. The only thing mutual has going for it is its target demographic. It doesn't have any competitors or it would have died off by now. Unless you live somewhere with zero members, you'd have better luck walking up to someone and saying, "Hi, I just deleted mutual because they made it too difficult to actually meet people, so I'm just doing it in real life. What's your name?"

Total mess since the last update. Various issues, crashes, broken notifications, constantly repeats of people regardless of swiping on them repeatedl up or down, was locked out for days, telling me I match with someone, then giving me an error that I didn't actually match with them, but then later they show up in my matches....? Needs some serious fixing.

I have been sending message after message to Mutual support as well as left several messages through Mutual settings that every time I try sending a message to any of my matches, I get an error telling me I have a network error which also asks if my internet is connected. My internet is working perfectly fine with no network errors at all, so it is an issue on Mutual's end that I'm unable to send messages. Please review and look in to this issue. Thank you.

Ok so, they just updated the app and did a complete overhaul on the look of it all. I think it was a good change, but the new menu bar at the bottom bugs me. The app doesn't go completely full screen so you can see the home button still and it makes the chin of the app look huge. Everything else about the update looks great and this is probably just a android/my phone issue but I hate looking at it lol

How it feels Feels shallow, it focuses you on the persons' looks. You can pull up their bio, but it is tucked out of the way and seems to be optional to begin with. Once it is open you have to reach to the very top of the screen and drag down to put it away. I find this motion inconvenient, and the back button doesn't behave the way I'd expect. Also, they have a history of technical difficulties.
