I wanted to look at a map so I can see what shops and food were at the other end of my Concourse but the map was only about an eighth of an inch tall in the rest of the screen was black. I was not able to use it at all! I was really disappointed.

Limited utility for parking. Be nice if i could store my parking location / shuttle stop. Ideally, when i return the app could calculate shuttle time & ETA to my stop.

For a supposedly helpful airport guide, this app is missing the most essential component: a MAP! People need to know how to get around airports! How did you design this and forget to add maps of DCA and IAD?! People need to know which terminals support which airlines, where security checkpoints are, where trams are and where they go, where lounges are, and locations of many other things. Add comprehensive maps to be a really useful app. Update: They added maps, but I'm only adding one star because the maps download on to your device (which is annoying and takes up memory) as a PDF you can already get from the airport websites - which are not great maps to begin with. It would be better to have very detailed maps integrated into the app along with graphics that explain how to get from terminal to terminal (shuttles, trams, etc.).
