Endly, the last release has replaced the card visual, the food I vomit... thank you. No possibility to contact Hellred on their website... Telephon service unpleasant. At the merchant desk, the app doesn't say how much the merchant can ask, so it's try and error. If insufficient money, terminal says "date invalide". Other rejects are quite unexplained... Very unpleasant experience!

Terrible. Impossible to carry out a delivery via Deliveroo or Just Eat. Transaction always fails. Card is useless for ordering online. Customer service unhelpful. I just tried calling customer service and it just disconnects

Application was updated yesterday, since I can't connect with user/password working before. Can't reset my password since, getting an error message. Payment was rejected in 2 restaurants this week, where I could pay with edenred before.

Very bad experience using this app. 80% time I get connection error when I open app. Really, when user get stuck at the first step, what else can I say.

Still does not work since last update. Connexion to my account is impossible from the Android app. It transfers directly to a web page and show red box that mentioned "Error".
