Whilst playing the i radio there is a lot of buffering even though I have a high speed internet connection. It is so disappointing that you can't hear i radio music for days on end n then suddenly it works well. I think the Naim app does not function well. Please try to set it right or ask Indian software engineers to do a successful task.

The Naim gear sounds incredible and I think almost incomparable if you like the Naim sound, but the app is not of the same quality. It's always been slow and buggy such as sometimes not being able to exit out of an album on Tidal back to main menu, and a few other glitches. However, Naim provide fantastic service on their products and I appreciate them responding to this review.

I love the kit. Second to none. But the android version of this app is useless. Constantly crashes, shows 2 Naim units periodically to connect to even though I only have one. Everything is very slow and buggy. Menu system constantly fails. So since the latest update, whenever I select a device the app crashes every single time. I have done everything in the trouble shooting. These units are unusable on Android. Utterly disgusting as I have invested in a Muso and an Atom.

App connectivity has gotten better and works best with V2 Mu-so than my V1 QB....that being said, even with a mediocre app, I love the speaker system and gladly will put up with issues..the sound is just that great. Still, I have hope they will improve the app soon to have a more reliable link to device. For now, best is to get a Spotify subscription and use speaker through Spotify app. I am hoping Tidal will also integrate better soon.

Once again love the mu-so and mu-so cube however I hate having to turn off everything time after time as they constantly disapear and I am unable to select them to play Spotify. My Samsung speaker. Roberts radio and everything else in the house is available for selection however the Naim products just go walkabout and is a real frustration so please don't say its a network issue.

Muso is great, the app is a disaster: constantly loses connection with Muso and then you are unable to reconnect, crashes all the time, slows down, music clogs. Sometimes I do not even listen to music, not to be pissed off. Thinking about selling my Muso because of the app.

Love the hi-fi, but completely useless streaming experience. App on android is literally unusable. Invested thousands in this & resorted to playing music through Bluetooth. Not worth the effort to be honest, regrettable but true. So disappointed as love the way naim plays music. Sorry, would not recommend.

Am using this app with a single room, ND5 XS2. Overall it's working pretty well. It covers a great deal of functionality, and while it's not perfect and takes a bit of learning, I've been able to do everything I want to with it. Previously, I was using a laptop to access a streaming service via a separate DAC and that was far less reliable - the ND5 and the Naim app are a big improvement for me. The internet radio section of the app is really good, with access to loads of high quality stations and podcasts. The app does occasionally lose the "room" and I need to restart the phone to fix this. Also, the app doesn't always stay on the screen where it was left either, which can be a bit frustrating. Overall, whilst it's not perfect, the app has lots of functionality, is easy to use and it's doing what I want it to do.

Great speakers, awful app. Support for multi room is "stuck" (shows as if I am playing in three rooms but actually only playing in one). Despite great sound this is extremely frustrating.

Works well. Not quite as intuitive as some, but it's quicker than sonos in terms of response. The Naim muso box sounds stunning. And it's British. Highly recommended. Bye bye sonos.
