Оно содержит базу данных об адресах и номерах избирательных участков Калининградской области.
Самое главное – оно поможет Вам разобраться, как проголосовать по месту нахождения, если у Вас есть такая необходимость.
Приложение поможет Вам определить наиболее удобный способ и сроки подачи заявления о голосовании по месту нахождения. 
Дополнен перечень ответов, как поступить в различных жизненных ситуациях, в которых оказываются избиратели, желающие принять участие в голосовании.
Полезным ресурсом являются отдельно выделенные адреса и график работы территориальных избирательных комиссий Калининградской области, если Вам удобнее обратиться туда.
