App Snitch found a lot of unusual connections going on under the hood. Also recently "Unfortunately, App Snitch stopped. Report(ButtonOnTheRightside) OK(ButtonOn theRightside)" error messages appear frequently. Thanks to your app i can screenshot lots of unusual connections. What's com.b? and /proc/1/cmdline/?PleaseAdd a block connection.AndI'venoticed"ECHO Echo".Just had a MQTTP/Message QueingTelemetryTransportProtocol from China. iWonderWhy?Needsa connection blocking function. What MPMFlag mean?

LOVE IT! A++ Simply shows server used, location, # of encrypted vs unencrypted on ALL CONNECTS! MILLION THANX!👍 BUT BEWARE phones r bein exploited, ("cache poisoning"?). Looks rooted(tho I NVR did), security certificates look altered! So careful what u DELETE or cud RUIN PHONE! Its MALWARE... RECORDS CALLS, READ TEXTS, TAKES PICS (even if screen OFF!), ALTERS what U see, & can see EVERYTHING on ur screen! Notify carrier if phone acting nuts(it changes settings... ugh!) VERY frustrating!

Fantastic, easy-to-use app. Tells me so much that I didn't know! I've learned, for example, a popular VPN app that I use for security at times has made numerous connections to a Facebook server & nowhere in the app description does it list an affiliation with FB. I've never used it to access FB & I largely avoid FB due to privacy concerns. I can now ask the VPN developer why & delete if needed. App Snitch can empower you to regain control & understand what your apps do "behind the scenes".

Wow !! Great idea.. and what makes it even better is that it WORKS Within minutes I found apps I had forgot about transmitting data concerning my androids network connection and my wearabouts to a convenience store chain's servers. It was a soda app I put on my phone that gives you a free soda after buying X amount of soda's. I never dreamed that they would be collecting data about me. They have been removed thanks to app snitches snitching..lol This is a good app!!

Even if it finds everything OK, it's still really interesting to see all the connections. The app works well. It crashes once in a while, but it doesn't affect the logging. It's got a nice, attractive user interface, great features, and good overall design. You can tell it is written by experienced programmers. It is quite useful to detect renegade apps opening illicit connections, and also quite a lot of info about those connections.

Wow! Very interesting! Not sure exactly yet as to what I'm looking at but, I have notice before, when looking in my settings apps, a lot of my apps, Google wise, never say at bottom, 'app installed on Google play store' and never show on playstore that there on my phone? And have always wondered why?? Well, this app showed me that I wasn't just thinking I was losing my mind?! Picked that right up?!! Now, what to do? Very odd? Great app!! Thank you DEVS!! Interesting! 🤔

Has tons of great information. IP addresses servers ports and the type of connection each one makes. I absolutely love it. It is a must have if you like to know what apps do in the background check out of control of the accounts on my phone. Now i just need an app to cut down on the amount of permission an app is allowed giving it complete control of my phones.

Well done! Kudos to your Dev team, or the one who came up with the brilliant requirement to group the information. So many apps provide similar data and detail, and they all present it in the same old linear, random mess of a list that we have to scroll through. The grouping in this app is not only convenient, it increases the use fullness! Informal user story for you: What most users care about is the ability to identify the potential rouge or outlier traffic amongst the sea of others. :)

Unfortunately, Google loves to copy Apple iOS and that includes breaking useful utility apps. So while this app works in Android 9 or earlier, it doesn't work in Android 10. However, perhaps like Ad Guard did, the App Snitch dev could make a non-store version that works with Android 10. Presumably it would mean employing a VPN to monitor the connections. Nonetheless, I'll continue to use App Snitch for a long time to come on devices that won't be seeing Android 10 anytime soon.

The app does exactly what it's supposed to do. I'm glad to see more privacy focused apps in development these days. Privacy is something everyone should be fighting for in this digital age. If you need a firewall app then i recommend AFwall, it's open source and available on F-Droid. You may need to be rooted for it to work though. You could possibly rig up a non root solution by creating a local VPN and then giving it it's own host file to block connections to whatever you find with this app.
