The app is great, the service is not. I was instructed I needed a new line to which I could not afford. I dug my own line, paid friends to help me, rented a Jackhammer. The.electrician informed FPL, something still needs to be disconnected. No one believed him., a crew showed up to see what he was talking about & discovered it wasn't my line it was FPL's connectors and made the repair. I filled the line in & added 20 bags of soil. Power out again & it was the line from the pole to a portal

I'm not sure if I've ever used such a terrible app from such a large company. Available buttons can't be touched for activation, screens constantly freeze or don't respond, words are missing from sentences. If you click on the creator of this app, you see that they've only ever made other FPL apps, so I'm going to have to assume they've got the parking lot security guard building it for them. It's unlikely made by anyone with a tech background.
