I have NO idea what's happened to this app in the last few months but it's absolutely trash. Nothing ever gets delivered, nobody replies to calls or texts, orders don't even get put into the restaurant! I've waited HOURS for an order all while the order gets passed from person to person and then finally dropped to be forgotten. DO NOT USE THIS APP.

The app and service are both excellent. Unlike Uber eats if I have an issue, customer service is quick to resolve the issue and credit your money back as need be. The driver's communicate with you, and follow directions carefully. Some of the drivers actually drive for uber eats also, but they comply and have more respect for the customers of this service. It's worth the $6 or whatever delivery fee. This company cares about how their customers are treated. I love it!

I LOVE FAVOR!! It's the ONLY delivery app I need. The delivery and menu prices are very reasonable. Customer service is amazing! Unlike other delivery apps where they have zero customer service. If something isn't right, (which is very rare) Favor makes sure to take care of the issue asap. I couldn't be more thankful for this app. I can literally order anything from anywhere within range! I LOVE THAT. Weather it be groceries, take out or even my CBD oil!! And I'm disabled and on a budget!

I tried favor a few times and I had a good review for the customer support but after trying over and over my favor always takes 30+min with the runners changing 5+ times. I've had to cancel the orders because I'm not planning to wait for any longer when the runners keep changing so frequently. 1 star Because it is an unreliable app due to the runners changing constantly.

Its convenient, BUT it's ridiculous how expensive some meals can get from a Delivery Fee (free-6$)+ Service Fee (almost aways 6$)+ Expected Tips (I ways tip 5$) = almost 20 dollars more for a meal that's 20-40 dollars to start. Pizza joints only have a 2 dollar service Fee, no service charge and tips are same. I also only use favor to support my friend that works for them because of these prices and restaurant availability.

Always "temporarily closed" or extremely long wait times. Half the time the runner isn't assigned and the order is dropped or canceled with no alerts. No response from support till days later. What is going on with this service?!?! Update 12/8/21: can't login via fb the app or website. It gives error message.

Got an app notification that I had a $50 delivery credit. Went to use it, estimated total was "TBD". Surprise. It was full price. Contacted support. There's being unable to help, and being unhelpful. Best case scenario, they were both. The delivery driver was very nice, though.

Awful. Started quest at 4:30 PM Their driver, after the app has been saying that the order was received for over an hour, calls me at 8:30pm and tells me that the restaurant is no longer taking orders for the day yeah for the day. I call, they would accept my pick up order but I'm handicapped so I cannot get to the restaurant before they close at 9 PM. I would have to dress & call a Lyft. Thanks for failing me and my minor son again!!

Made an order through the app. Called Pizza Hut because it was over an hour with no update. Pizza Hut said they never received an order from Favor or other delivery apps. I made my order over the phone with Pizza Hut and picked it up myself instead which was 20 minutes. Never using this app again.

App has gone downhill in the last several months. They limited the delivery area so some of our favorites are no longer deliverable. They limited the ability to customize an order or write in a menu item at some places so I can't order the tacos I want at Torchy's or the new fall menu at Kerbey Lane. Lately, it seems like they've lost runners because I try to order around 5:20 and by 6pm I'm still waiting for a runner to accept the job. We ended up cancelling. Off to doordash or GrubHub we go.
