Update ; system resume to normal i was utterly dissapointed with the service lately, always down, sometimes with notice, sometimes without notice. We subscribed to this service to ease smooth the business process , but it causes us more hassle. Side note : if the whole system is stable, then this would be a good platform to assist a small scale business owner. The unstability during peak time /hours just justified the star given.

Have been using for years. Always facing problems, too slow, lagging and maintenance is too frequent. To make it worst installing mobile bizapp is just for decoration as I always had to use web bizapp which sometime also have similar problem. 0.5 star

it's a good bis app but if we left the page for approximately 2 mins, it will autostart. it is quite burdening sometimes especially when we are to key in customers' orders. We have to refill the information form all over again.

okey just for the 1st & 2nd week then I cannot login anymore. My username got Capital letter but it does not allowed me tu use capital letter so how it will get me login. Please solve this issue as soon as possible. Right now, I just use the web version but everytime, I need to login again & again like its so complicated and waste my time

this app is very efficient to the seller but unfortunately the system always can't log in . pless do something & fix asap . seller need to send their order quickly.
